Actor Jacob Elordi will reappear in the eagerly awaited third series of HBO’s popular streaming show, Euphoria, joining his fellow stars Sydney Sweeney and Zendaya once more.
The 28-year-old actor from Brisbane, who was born there, has shared that the cast doesn’t know what the next storyline for our show will be.
During a recent conversation, Elordi (the actor portraying the complex character Nate) shared that viewers will find his character involved in a plotline set after the cliffhanger ending of the previous season when the narrative moves forward in time.
‘I was pretty busy,’ Elordi told Variety of his time filming the show.
When asked about whether his co-stars’ characters would be involved in the time jump storyline, Elordi admitted, “I’m not sure what others are planning. Everything seems to be distinct and separate.
During the same conversation, Elordi expressed his delight about collaborating once more with the Euphoria crew, a group that includes Maude Apatow, the actress portraying beloved character Alexis.

For nearly eight years now, I’ve been part of this journey. It’s such a delight to witness so many familiar faces who have grown alongside me. It seems like we’re still the original group, the same team, if you will,” he expressed.
Sadly, Angus Cloud, a valued cast member, will not be part of Euphoria’s third season as he tragically passed away in 2023 at the tender age of 25.
The beloved star died after an ‘accidental overdose’ of cocaine, meth and fentanyl.
In his Oakland, California family home, where he portrayed the character of Fez, the drug dealer on a popular TV series, Cloud tragically passed away, with emergency responders confirming his death at the location.
According to the Alameda County Coroner’s office, Angus Cloud passed away due to a toxic mix of substances including fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, among others. The cause was determined to be an unintentional overdose.
‘Angus experienced severe drug poisoning, with benzodiazepine being among the substances involved.’
Approximately a week prior to his passing, he made a trip to Ireland for the burial of his father, who succumbed to cancer in May following a short struggle.

In simpler terms, Lisa, Cloud’s mom, contacted emergency services (911) due to a suspected drug overdose as she reported no pulse in Cloud.
Law enforcement sources said Cloud did not leave behind a note before his death, according to TMZ.
The budding actor emerged as a standout performer in Euphoria, gracing the screen in both seasons directed by Sam Levinson.
He was most often in scenes alongside his partner in crime Ashtray, played by Javon Walton.
On Instagram, Javon posted a photo of the pair with the caption: “May you find peace, my brother,” followed by “Family forever.
