As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Jackie ‘O’ Henderson‘s beachside moment was a poignant reminder of the power of introspection and spiritual growth. Reading a book like Return to the Soul can be a transformative journey, especially when you find yourself in a secluded spot by the sea, soaking up the sun and immersing yourself in profound thoughts.

On Tuesday, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson was seen showing signs of emotion while perusing a spiritually-themed book along the shores of Clovelly beach.

On a sunny day, the radio host, aged 49, found some leisure time and carried Cynthia Hickman’s book “Return to the Soul” to the seashore to unwind with a bit of reading.

However, it seemed that Jackie was deeply moved by the heartfelt book, as she appeared quite serious during her outing.

She seemed to be wiping tears from her eyes as she delved into the philosophical book, described as ‘an invitation to engage with life from the perspective of the soul’.

As Jackie immersed herself in the captivating book, she simultaneously enjoyed the warmth of the sun in a quiet corner by the beach on that delightful, sunny day.

For the evening out, she opted for a casual yet stylish outfit, wearing a white crocheted minidress that accentuated her legs. To finish off her relaxed ensemble, she paired it with some comfortable flip-flops.

She put on a pair of dark sunglasses and pulled back her blond hair into a ponytail, taking a break from her workday at KIIS FM to relax.

Over the past couple of months, she’s been keeping quite busy following the nationwide expansion of her popular radio program, “The Kyle and Jackie O Show,” to Melbourne, which was a significant investment this year.

Despite my ardent devotion, it appears that our beloved show hasn’t managed to snatch the top spot in the city’s ratings yet. This month, the duo from KIIS FM, Jason ‘Jase’ Hawkins and Lauren Phillips, have outshone us, leaving me eagerly awaiting a comeback!

Last year, the morning show of the duo in Melbourne was cancelled to allow Jackie and Kyle Sandilands to broaden their operations from Sydney into the city.

Despite the shake-up, the Jase and Lauren Show, which now airs on rival network Nova FM, has been crowned Melbourne’s most listened to breakfast program.

In the recently published 2024 GFK 5th radio ratings survey, the humorous talk show clinched the top position.

In the latest ratings, Jase and Lauren’s well-liked show saw an increase of 0.3 points and now holds a 9.9% audience share, placing it firmly ahead of competitors The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

On their debut in Melbourne on April 29, Kyle and Jackie O had a relatively low audience share of 6.1%, positioning them as the fifth most popular breakfast radio show in the city.

However, Melbourne newcomers Kyle and Jackie O still marked a slight rise in the city’s ratings, from 5.9 to 6.1 per cent.

In the radio ratings, Fifi, Fev, and Nick on Fox FM came in second place with a 9.6% share of the audience, while Christian O’Connell on Gold FM placed third.

In April, Kyle and Jackie O moved their morning radio program to Melbourne as part of an expansive, multi-million dollar contract, resulting in the termination of Jase and Lauren’s breakfast show on KIIS FM.

At that moment, an unrestrained Kyle stated that he didn’t care about his rivals getting fired because in the end, it boiled down to who had the most listeners tuning in.

He expressed that he doesn’t place importance on the radio ratings for Jase and Lauren on KIIS FM, as they had decided to move to Melbourne because their show couldn’t surpass the fourth position in the ratings. This is what he communicated to news.com.au.

Despite being beaten in the Melbourne ratings, The Kyle and Jackie O Show once again helped KIIS FM claim the top spot as Sydney’s most listened to radio station.
