Last night while we were talking on the phone, my father told me, “Sweetheart, it’s unlikely that you’ll meet someone who isn’t attracted to you for your wealth now.” Jackie remarked this, causing her co-host Kyle, aged 53, to laugh heartily.
‘I said to him, “What about me? Just me, Dad? Aren’t I enough for someone?”‘
Kyle then asked what Jackie’s father said in response to her question.
I can’t help but share a conversation snippet that struck me recently: “Nah, not me. Additionally during the program on Tuesday, Jackie shared an anecdote about how Kyle and his circle teased her for investing in real estate at an early stage in her professional journey.
Jackie mentioned that Kyle expressed his opinion to her, stating that it was ‘foolish’ for her to invest in real estate at the time, and he referred to her as being ‘unwise.’
But Kyle had a quick response to Jackie’s complaint, referencing her divorce to Lee Henderson.
‘And it turned out with that investment that you ended up losing it to the husband.’
Based on a report from last year, Jackie O’s net worth exceeded $50 million and has been increasing since then.
Earlier this year, Jackie presented proposals for constructing a brand-new home worth approximately $5.058 million on her coastal estate in Clovelly, Sydney.
The four-bedroom house, crafted by well-known architect Madeline Blanchfield, showcases a refined tropical ambiance, highlighted by a level rooftop in Colorbond shade of grey stone.
The breakfast radio star plans to build a three-storey house on the site.
The renovation includes a central courtyard, a pool, a rainwater tank, and double garaging.
She mentioned on her morning show that it feels as if we’re in Italy along the Amalfi Coast regarding the property’s design, which caught her co-host Kyle off guard.
The landscaping, masterfully planned by Dangar Barin Smith, will showcase a mix of local and Mediterranean flora, while a protective root barrier is set to safeguard surrounding buildings and utilities.
Jackie suggested, back in January, that she was working on renovations as she posted a glimpse on Instagram from her last planning session with her architect – a sneaky peek at their design plans.
