On Wednesday, Margera was arrested following discussions with authorities at the Justice Center and Office of Pretrial Services, which houses the county probation department. These officials concluded that he had breached his parole conditions.
The court mandated that Margera must serve a six-month probation period, overseen by them, as part of the conditions from his guilty plea for two disorderly conduct charges.
As part of his plea deal, Margera was required to agree to random drug screenings and seek care for his mental wellness.
Additionally, Margera has been scheduled for a preliminary hearing related to his DUI and reckless driving accusations.
According to court documents examined by the media outlet, Probation Officer Bradford Griffith stated that Margera’s recent violation of probation rules posed a clear and obvious threat to both himself and others due to his behavior.
