Jack Osbourne makes an emotional FaceTime call home to mum Sharon as she breaks her silence on his I’m A Celeb stint

Jack Osbourne shared a heartfelt FaceTime conversation with his mother, Sharon, after she publicly commented on his experience on ‘I’m A Celebrity.’

The 40-year-old television personality spent three weeks on the show before being voted off, along with Lisa Riley, in a double elimination. They were the seventh and eighth contestants to leave the jungle.

His time on the ITV series comes just months after the passing of his father, Ozzy Osbourne.

On Saturday’s ‘I’m A Celebrity: Coming Out’ show – which shows the celebrities leaving camp and meeting their families – Jack was filmed video-calling his mother.

When she answered the phone, Sharon exclaimed with joy, “Oh my goodness, how are you? I’ve missed you so much!”

Jack playfully said he was glad to finally be eating something tasty, then chuckled and admitted, ‘I have no idea why I’m having beans!’

Sharon added: ‘When you said you liked that alligator tail, I’m like oh my god.’

‘It was really good,’ Jack insisted, with Sharon beaming: ‘Oh, Jack!’

He told Sharon that he had a great time with his fellow campers and made some good friends, saying he was really happy he took part.

Sharon replied: ‘I’m so glad you did it too darling.’

During the drive to the hotel, Jack started sharing his experiences from the jungle with his wife, Aree.

He admitted it had been a difficult year, explaining that he wasn’t focused on learning anything new. He was simply seeking time to be alone with his thoughts.

It wasn’t easy, and I definitely needed time to process everything. Stepping away has been really helpful for me, I think.

This follows Jack sharing a kiss with his pregnant wife, Aree, on Tuesday while they were enjoying a vacation in Australia with their daughter, Maple, after his appearance on ‘I’m A Celebrity.’

Oh my gosh, you guys, they’re having another baby! I nearly screamed when I heard! And it’s even more amazing because they actually told his dad, the legend himself, before he passed away that he was going to be a grandpa again. Seriously, it’s like the most beautiful thing ever, knowing he got to hear that news. I’m already obsessed with this little one!

After Jack’s time in the jungle, everyone enjoyed relaxing in the sun and shared highlights from their trip on Instagram.

They snapped a poolside selfie and shared a kiss. Jack then posed for another photo with his two-year-old daughter, Maple.

He captioned the update: ‘Still in the jungle ~ ish.’

Jack, a father of four, was voted off of ‘I’m A Celebrity’ on Friday. AngryGinge won the show on Sunday.

Jack and his wife, Aree, 34, shared the happy news that they are expecting their second child, shortly after reuniting.

Jack said he was able to share the happy news with his father, Ozzy, before he passed away in July – that Ozzy was going to be a grandfather again. It was a touching moment for both of them.

Jack described it as really great, saying it’s helped him both take his mind off things and start to feel better – almost like everything came full circle in a strange but positive way.

It’s shifted the focus from sadness towards a more hopeful outlook.

Jack shared with The Sun that becoming a father has been a smooth experience for him, but more challenging for his wife. They are both thrilled about the arrival of their baby, which they had been planning, though it came a bit sooner than anticipated.

He added they had wanted more children together and they fell pregnant ‘miraculously’.

On Friday night’s show, viewers saw a heartwarming reunion between Jack, his partner Aree, and their daughter Maple, just before Jack was eliminated from the competition.

I was so touched when Jack told me Ozzy would have been really happy for me and my time in the jungle. It means the world to know his whole family is proud of what I’ve accomplished.

Expectant mother Aree first met Jack on a dating app in 2019 before secretly marrying him in 2023.

Let’s talk family! Besides his youngest, Maple, with Aree, Jack is also a proud dad to Pearl, who’s thirteen, ten-year-old Andy, and little Minnie, who’s seven. He co-parents these three with his ex-wife, Lisa Stelly – they separated back in 2018. It’s always a journey when families evolve, and sometimes things just don’t work out, as they described it as ‘irreconcilable differences’ at the time.

The Daily Mail published exclusive photos earlier this week of Aree, looking happy and visibly pregnant, before she and her partner officially announced they were expecting a baby.

A friend of Sharon, 73, shared that she’s been feeling down since her husband, Ozzy, passed away from a heart attack in July at the age of 79, and could really use some cheering up.

Sharon is heartbroken at his death, which came much earlier than she expected.

Sharon is heartbroken over Ozzy’s passing, so any positive news would be a welcome relief for her.

‘She adores her grandchildren and should another be coming along that would be wonderful for her.’

While in the jungle, Jack shared with his fellow campmates that his father had passed away. He explained it was unexpected, even though they knew his father had been ill for some time, as his health declined rapidly.

He got emotional while talking to his friend and fellow camper, comedian Eddie Kadi, and confessed he was really missing Ozzy. He explained Ozzy had an incredible, almost indescribable energy – a powerful presence that felt immense and a little overwhelming.
