Jack Grealish Shocks Fans With Beckham-Inspired Ponytail—See His Dramatic Hair Transformation
His long locks became a notable feature during England’s Euro 2020 campaign.
Currently, Jack Grealish has experienced a significant change, sporting a long, flowing ponytail along with a fresh new hair color.
30-year-old Manchester City soccer player has once more found inspiration in David Beckham, opting to style his hair in a slicked-back ponytail instead of his usual loose, wavy look.
Grealish also appears to have ditched his blonde highlights for a much darker colour.
Jack’s shock new look was debuted in an Instagram post shared by the footballer’s regular barbers.
The clip posted by A-STAR Barbers shows Jack undergoing the bold hair transformation.

They added the caption: ‘Rate this new look for @jackgrealish.’
Supporters shared their thoughts about his fresh style in the comment area, often likening his unexpected haircut to several well-known soccer players such as Erling Haaland and Gareth Bale from Wales.
While others were not so impressed.
One comment remarked that he believes he’ll turn into Haaland, implying a similarity due to their shared hairstyle (ponytail).
‘Bro thinks he’s Gareth Bale,’ another said.
Another commented: ‘Bring back the old look!’.
‘Much prefered his old style,’ said another.
One fan humorously remarked, “Does everyone else not see a resemblance to Orlando Bloom from Pirates of the Caribbean?

Throughout his career, Grealish has often been likened to Beckham, and much like him, he’s collaborated with renowned brands such as Gucci and Pepsi.
And styling his hair with a headband, like Beckham did too in 2003.
Fervent supporters became utterly captivated by the 29-year-old’s retro hairstyle throughout the Euro 2020 tournament, leading them to establish social media platforms solely for sharing pictures of his ’90s coiffure.
Due to his vintage style being highly fashionable, there was a significant increase in searches for hair styling products on John Lewis’s website following the Euros final, with a 167% rise compared to the same week last year.
Recently, Jack’s fresh appearance might be attributable to an extravagant £5,000 tab he accumulated during his night of revelry at a prestigious London club last week, following Manchester City’s crushing victory over Crystal Palace the day prior.
In 2021, he was the high-profile signing in a then-unprecedented £100million deal, and it’s reported that he was seen leading a lively dance with friends past midnight at a popular hangout, all while being enthusiastically applauded by spectators.
Or, more casually:
In 2021, he was the big-money signing in a record-breaking £100million deal. It’s said that he and his buddies were dancing up a storm past one o’clock at a happening place, with everyone around cheering them on.
Previously in February, the celebrity was spotted exiting London’s Chiltern Firehouse with an unidentified woman.
Later on, the footballer refuted claims that he was with a certain model, Emma Silverton, and maintained his loyalty to his long-term partner, Sasha Attwood, who was caring for their four-month-old daughter Mila-Rose at home.

Previously, Jack had disclosed the methods behind maintaining the exceptional health of his well-known hair. He unveiled that he employs Moroccan oil, hair bonding products, and hairspray to keep his mane looking neat and tidy.
During a chat with ex-Love Island contestant Josh Denzel, Jack shared that he begins his hair care routine modestly, using just a small amount of shampoo, and then applies conditioner, allowing it to stay on for a few minutes.
After stepping out of the shower, since it’s still slightly damp, he dries it off. He then applies Moroccan oil to it.
He requests, “Bring me the hairdryer and the hairbrush. I’ll be styling my hair while looking in the mirror.” He demonstrates this by mimicking the blow-drying and brushing motions.
After drying it with a hairdryer, there’s still some Moroccan oil left behind. I then apply a styling product, similar to wax, known as hair bond. Finally, I spritz a little yellow got2B hairspray for added hold.
