I’ve Always Wanted Brett Goldstein In A Romance, And The Trailer For All Of You Is Really Proving He’s A Great Leading Man

In simpler terms, Brett Goldstein is primarily recognized for his role as the grumpy Roy Kent in Ted Lasso. However, beyond the gruff exterior, Roy Kent reveals a hidden side – he’s romantically inclined, caring, and kind-hearted. His connection with Keeley showcases this soft side. Interestingly, while Goldstein has never before taken on a leading role in a romance, that is about to change with his upcoming Apple TV+ movie titled All of You, where he shows off his skills as a romantic lead, based on the trailer’s indication.

In the initial trailer for “All of You,” found just above, we catch a sneak peek into a love story between friends that unfolds, with Goldstein portraying Simon and Imogen Poots from “Outer Range” as Laura. They depict characters who have been lifelong friends, but their friendship falters when Laura undergoes a test revealing her soulmate isn’t their original friend.

Just glancing at the upcoming 2025 film project, I can’t help but feel a strong sense of anticipation, bordering on tears. But when I catch a glimpse of these characters meeting across their shared history in the trailer, my curiosity is piqued – I simply have to know if they wind up together by the end of it.

In the trailer, Goldstein is portrayed displaying a side of himself rarely seen before. Previously, we’ve witnessed his humorous (and sometimes romantic) persona in Ted Lasso and his dramatic abilities in Shrinking. However, All of You offers an opportunity for him to truly shine as a romantic lead. This is unlike any project Goldstein has been part of previously, suggesting that he was destined for a role like this, hinting at a deep-rooted talent for romance.

More to come….
