For me, though, aging gracefully means continuing to do what *I* want and living life on my own terms – that’s what it looks like for me.

Kris shared that Kylie, who’s been so open about her own procedures lately, actually went with her to the surgery. And Kim? In a recent Vogue interview, Kim Kardashian revealed that she makes time for daily workouts, considering them essential to her routine despite her busy schedule.

Kim shared that working out is a form of therapy for her, and she often listens to Justin Bieber Radio while she does it. She personally exercises daily, and says that most of her friends work out several times a week too.

And she detailed her workout routine. ‘I’m a big weightlifter, so I do lots of weights,’ said Kim.

I’ve been dealing with some back problems, so I’ve modified my exercise routine a bit. I still need to work my legs to stay in shape, and I also do a few days focusing on upper body. Typically, I’ll choose one muscle group each day and concentrate my workout on that.

As a lifestyle expert, I prioritize movement every day – about an hour and a half, to be exact. My routine includes strength training with weights, a good stretch, and some cardio. Pilates is a huge part of my wellness – I really love how it makes me feel, and honestly, our pilates leggings are my go-to! I’ve learned that if I don’t get at least one pilates session in each week, my back definitely lets me know. That lengthening and stretching is absolutely essential for me.

She also said she works out in the morning. 

I have a bad habit of checking and responding to messages on my phone *during* workouts, which I’m sure bothers my trainer.

Kim Kardashian also shared what workout she dislikes. She admitted she’s supposed to try hot yoga, but she fell asleep the one time she did. She explained that the relaxing atmosphere and lying down combined with her tendency to fall asleep anywhere made it impossible for her to stay awake.

Kim hosted a glamorous launch party in New York City, and she definitely made a statement with her outfit – a revealing grey catsuit that showed off her figure.
