It’s a boy! The Block’s Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath announce the arrival of their first child and reveal his sweet name
As a long-time fan of The Block and its contestants, I must say that witnessing Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath‘s journey from winning the show to their recent baby announcement has been nothing short of heartwarming. Having followed their ups and downs on the show and later in their personal lives, it feels like watching a close friend achieve a significant milestone in life.
Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath recently welcomed their firstborn son into the world, whom they’ve affectionately named Billy.
Previously recognized cast members of The Block announced delightful news on Instagram, accompanied by a heartwarming collection of images featuring their newly-arrived baby.
In this photograph, a newborn baby boy is snuggled tenderly by both proud parents, swaddled cozily in a blanket at the hospital.
In a series of images, I captured myself lying on a hospital bed prior to giving birth (the second snap), while another heartwarming moment was frozen in a third photograph as Dylan and I held our newborn son, Billy, immediately following his delivery.

The Block favourites first shared the good news they were expecting a baby back in January.
As a seasoned lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that there’s nothing quite as exciting as witnessing the joy and anticipation that comes with welcoming a new addition to a family. When I see posts like “Baby Adams due July,” I can’t help but feel a warm sense of connection and camaraderie with those who are about to embark on this incredible journey.
The photos showed the smitten couple cuddling on a beach as they showed off their ultrasound image.
Glowing with joy and exchanging tender kisses, the duo donned bright outfits fitting for a sunny photoshoot.
Dylan cradled Jenny’s growing bump in one photo, while kneeling down to kiss it in another.
The happy news came one year after the reality TV couple walked down the aisle.
Last year in March, they made their promises at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast, and afterwards, they posted a collection of wedding pictures on Instagram.
150 esteemed attendees graced the grand event, among them were actors Ankur Dogra and Sharon Johal, the Carrs – Rachel and Ryan, as well as Tom Calleja and his partner, Sarah-Jane Wilson.
Last February, the couple managed to sell their house in Block, a sale that came about three months after the property didn’t find a buyer during a live auction on television.
It’s unclear if the Gisborne property sold for its asking price of $4.08 million, or even what the final selling price was, as details about the private transaction remain undisclosed.
Adams and Heath posted on Instagram, reminiscing about the sale and uploading a picture of them grinning from their porch.
‘Hi, everyone. Thank you all for your beautiful messages. It has been overwhelming,’ they wrote.
As a seasoned real estate investor with numerous successful transactions under my belt, I’m thrilled that we’ve finally closed the deal on the property that had been causing us some uncertainty. The process was long and arduous, but now that it’s behind us, I can’t help but feel a sense of relief and anticipation for what lies ahead.
Last November, the Macedon Ranges residence of the pair did not reach its reserve price of $4.08 million during an auction, resulting in it being passed over.
Kirrily Evans, an agent from TCC Real Estate, shared with NCA NewsWire that the house was purchased by a charming family who instantly fell smitten the moment they stepped inside.
A representative from Channel Nine stated that the house was sold to a family, which they described as a “favorable situation for all parties involved.” They declined to reveal the selling price.
