I’m so excited! Coatsink just announced that ISLANDERS, that beautiful, simple city-building puzzle game, is coming to mobile! It’s called ISLANDERS: Mobile and it’ll be available on both Android and iOS on November 20th. The team at The Station have even updated the controls to work perfectly with touchscreens, which is awesome.

In this game, you start each level by selecting from a variety of buildings and carefully placing them to maximize your score. It’s easy to see why people love it – I’m really enjoying discovering the 44 different building types and exploring the 6 unique environments, each with its own 4 color schemes.

Rest assured, this isn’t just a basic copy of the game for a new platform. The developers have confirmed it will be visually stunning, just like the versions you’ve seen before. Plus, it introduces a new feature called Boons – these are special, single-use boosts that let you copy or swap out buildings.
