Iskra Lawrence shows off her figure in a blue Cupshe swimsuit as she struts the runway at Miami Swim Week with her baby daughter Prima

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I proudly strolled the runway at Miami Swim Week 2025, hand-in-hand with my precious little one, Prima. Every step I took was filled with love and pride, embodying the essence of a doting mother.

The 34-year-old model confidently displayed her remarkable physique while wearing a deep blue bathing suit, carrying her seven-month-old child, Prima, as she gracefully walked the runway.

Initially, Prima, co-owner of a swimsuit with her songwriting partner Philip Payne, was seen wearing a twin set as Iskra showcased the collection.

Prima, who jointly owns a swimsuit line with Philip Payne (her songwriting partner), donned a matching pair for Iskra’s presentation of the collection.

Or more casually:
Prima, her songwriter partner Philip Payne’s co-owner of a swimsuit brand, sported a twin set while Iskra presented the collection.

Iskra added a few inches to her frame in a pair of nude heels and accessorised with gold earrings.

With an infectious enthusiasm, she displayed a broad grin as she strutted down the catwalk at 1111 Lincoln Road, accompanied by several other models, among them being Grace Jackson from Love Island.

Iskra welcomed Prima in October and shared the happy news to her Instagram page at the time.

Iskra and music producer Philip are already parents to four-year-old son Alpha.

Iskra wrote in her post: “Our daughter arrived home at 3.56 am, she weighed 8 lbs 14 oz and is a priceless treasure. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

I am incredibly grateful, dear Philip, for standing by me throughout this journey. It’s hard to express in words how overwhelming it feels to finally welcome our precious little one into the world, and to see her as a sister to our big brother. Thank you for being my rock!

I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my birth team, @anyadjumabaev and @emmyrobbindoula. You made possible the dream delivery that I had longed for. I recorded my entire labor process and plan to share it with everyone shortly.

1. It means a lot that my parents are here to assist, and I want to express my gratitude. Lastly, thank you, @alina.leksi, for capturing these precious moments that I will cherish forever. 🌟

2. I truly appreciate my parents’ help, and it warms my heart that they are here. To conclude, a big thanks to @alina.leksi for taking such beautiful photos – memories I’ll hold dear forever. ✨

Both versions maintain the original sentiment while using more natural and conversational language.

‘Raising a child is a community effort, and I’m grateful for each one of you who has shown us love and support. I can’t wait for you to meet our new family member – our precious little girl.’

Iskra warmly received Prima during a home birth, and she posted a video on Instagram to capture the experience, intending it as a resource for other women to learn and prepare for childbirth.

Last November, she openly discussed her journey – from contractions to delivery – about a month following the arrival of her baby girl.

The video depicted Iskra reclining in a bathtub, laboring through discomfort, with Philip pouring water on her belly nearby.

With each contraction growing stronger, Iskra grimaced in discomfort, taking deep breaths and eventually starting to bear down.

In part one, the midwife was checking for the baby’s head while Philip attempted to console Iskra, aiming to trigger her production of ‘essential oxytocins’.

A different clip displayed Iskra affectionately introducing Prima, and the touching instant when the model cradled her for the initial embrace.

On the last day of Virgo season, our little one was born in the waters, and my midwife placed her on my chest. The feeling of overwhelming wonder washed over me at that moment.

‘This is part 1 of my home birth redemption story. A new birth team, and a totally new mindset.

This moment marked the realization of my aspirations; it might appear daunting to an outsider, yet accept my assurance – you embrace it wholeheartedly since you recognize that this is when you encounter your newborn, and each contraction serves to bring you one step nearer.

‘Experiencing birth is the most vibrant sensation I’ve ever known, as you feel the life you’ve nurtured descending and preparing for its entrance into the world. It requires a total letting go, a cooperative effort, and an invitation to embrace all that accompanies it.’

In my personal experience, I’ve found myself at the brink of my capabilities, only to discover a resilience within me I never knew existed. This experience, tough as it was, equipped me with an unshakable confidence that I can overcome any challenge life throws my way. It’s as if it served as a mirror, reflecting back my hidden potential and readying me for the trials to come.

She expressed regret for not recording her first childbirth, as it was an incredibly intense and life-altering event that left a deep impact on her.

I’m eagerly hoping that my thoughts can ignite within you a sense of wonder about childbirth, viewing it as a profound, magical experience. May you and your little one instinctively navigate this journey with confidence, knowing that you both possess the strength and ability to guide each other successfully.

‘While I’m not advocating for home births, let’s make sure our comments are supportive and understanding. This is a place where mothers can share their encouraging experiences, as it’s essential to have more uplifting stories than the frightening ones that often dominate. You’re doing great, mamas!’

Global women commended Iskra for her courage in posting her homebirth videos online, expressing gratitude for her candid sharing of personal experiences.
