Popular streamer iShowSpeed shocked his viewers by livestreaming a race against a cheetah, which unexpectedly turned and attacked him.

iShowSpeed is making headlines again, solidifying his reputation as a top content creator. He recently streamed a race against an actual cheetah and, surprisingly, held his own for a while! Although the cheetah ultimately won, Speed got a quick start and finished relatively close behind.

Speed was lightly injured by a large cat, but didn’t seem at all surprised or upset.

During a recent livestream, popular streamer iShowSpeed traveled to Africa for a unique race: against a real cheetah! Cheetahs are famous for being the world’s fastest land animals, capable of running up to 75 miles per hour.

Okay, so Speed couldn’t actually count how fast he was going – nobody could! – but he managed to stay right with the animal during the race, and thankfully it wasn’t a super long one. It was amazing he could even keep up, honestly!

The Cheetah, having nearly caught up, got close to Speed and then attacked him with jumps and scratches. Surprisingly, Speed didn’t seem scared and later talked about what happened.

IShowSpeed talks about lack of fear when getting scratched

During a livestream shortly after the incident, iShowSpeed said being scratched by the cheetah didn’t actually scare him.

Speed explained that when the cheetah scratched him, he didn’t react with a yell or scream. Because he’s comfortable around animals, he knows they get scared by sudden movements, so he simply stayed calm.

Speed is right – most animals won’t be aggressive if you don’t bother them. It’s important to always respect wild animals and keep your distance. Make sure they know you’re not a threat, and never turn your back on them.
