IShowSpeed gets into car crash during IRL stream in Thailand

As a seasoned gamer and follower of IShowSpeed‘s thrilling adventures, I must admit that this latest chapter in his Asian tour had me on the edge of my seat… or rather, the edge of my chair! The car crash in Thailand was an unexpected turn of events, to say the least. It’s not every day you see a streamer get into a tuk-tuk accident just seconds after hitting the road!

He stepped on the accelerator too hard.

On September 9th, during his inaugural live stream in Asia, IShowSpeed encountered an unforeseen incident when he was involved in a car accident just moments after starting his IRL broadcast in Thailand.

A man from North America was operating a three-wheeled taxi cab, often called a baby taxi or tuk-tuk, when he unexpectedly lost command over the vehicle and collided with a temple’s wall. As IShowSpeed aggressively increased speed, a sense of unease swept through everyone watching on, ultimately resulting in the car crashing just seconds later. You can witness this accident by clicking the video below at the 15:19 timestamp.

What were the consequences of IShowSpeed’s car accident in Thailand?

Thankfully, the crash occurred quite close to the temple wall for IShowSpeed, preventing serious injury. Almost immediately following the accident, his friends provided aid, leaving him with only a minor head bruise as the final outcome.

Later on, the stream kept flowing, and around an hour after that, IShowSpeed hopped into another auto rickshaw, this time opting to sit in the passenger area instead of driving. The cost for repairing the tuk-tuk he had previously crashed remains uncertain at this point.

What is IShowSpeed doing in Thailand anyway?

If you haven’t been following IShowSpeed’s live streams lately, you might be wondering what he has been doing in Thailand. This North American streamer is at present embarking on a tour across Asia and will participate in the Gumball 3000 rally that starts from Saigon and ends in Singapore.

Although IShowSpeed may not finish the entire rally, we’ll all need to continue watching his live streams to stay updated on any further actions he takes in Thailand.
