Just weeks before marrying Katie Price, her new husband was living in a modest bungalow in Dubai with his father. This contrasts sharply with Price’s recent claim that he’s now purchased a luxurious £36 million mansion in the city.
The Daily Mail located the home of businessman Lee Andrews, a house he’s been visiting recently. It’s on a peaceful street, not far from a busy six-lane highway.
This single-story white house is located in the diverse and family-friendly Al Bada’a neighborhood, nestled between taller, more modern apartment buildings. The area is known for its views of the impressive towers in Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.
This isn’t the glamorous Dubai often shown in advertisements. Lee, age 41, has lived in the city for 20 years, but his current surroundings are very different from the sparkling, modern image most people have of it.
The fact that Lee lives in a small house with his father, even though he says he’s worth millions, makes people question if he’s being truthful, and his future wife is working hard to prove he is.
Katie, age 47, recently stated she has evidence showing Lee bought a £36 million property and possesses significant wealth. She shared this information after two of his former partners accused him of being dishonest and a fraudster.
The Daily Mail reports that he’s been prohibited from traveling after fraudulently obtaining a £200,000 mortgage using the name of a former partner, who was unaware of the loan.

Lee’s former fiancee, 32-year-old Alana Percival, recently told the Daily Mail that he was dishonest about nearly everything and she never saw any evidence of his wealth, like homes or vehicles.
Alana, who dated Lee for nine months before they broke up last November, says he doesn’t have a stable home. He proposed to her with roses, just like he did to Katie at the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. Alana claims Lee moves between hotels, rented apartments, and his father’s small bungalow.
During their relationship, they shared a rented flat.
Even after dating for almost a year, personal trainer Alana doesn’t know what Lee does for work. She says he’s been dishonest with her about his job and how he makes money.
She confessed she had no idea how he earned his money. He claimed to be an arms dealer, selling weapons, and even said his former wife was related to Putin. He constantly boasted about owning private jets, a yacht, and living in a huge mansion.
He always promised to take me to the house, but never did. He’d explain that he wanted to get to know me better before showing me everything, saying he didn’t feel comfortable revealing it all until he truly knew me.

Soon after getting engaged, Alana learned her fiancé was unable to travel to the UK to meet her family, due to a travel ban. She says this was a significant moment for them as a couple.
Shortly after, Crystal Janke, an American woman, contacted her and said she was also dating Lee at the same time. Janke claimed Lee had taken £123,000 from her.
The bombshell accusations brought Alana’s whirlwind engagement to an abrupt end.
The Daily Mail reported that he secretly took out a £200,000 mortgage using the name of his then-girlfriend, Dina Taji. It was also discovered he had previously served time in prison before quickly becoming involved with Katie, a mother of five.
The TV personality, previously married three times, surprised her fans by marrying Lee in January, only two days after they got engaged.
The couple officially got married on February 17th at the judicial department in Abu Dhabi. Katie trusts her new husband completely and chose not to sign a prenuptial agreement before their quick wedding.
Her family was upset by the hasty wedding, and their worries increased when rumors surfaced about Lee’s questionable business practices and previous relationships.
Even though there were several warning signs, Katie insists she thoroughly investigated the businessman and feels ‘happier than ever’ with her decision.
She said: ‘Of course my family are going to worry, I wouldn’t expect anything different.
‘They love me and they’ve seen me go through so much heartache, and the most horrific times.
Honestly, I totally get why my loved ones are upset – they care about me a lot, and I adore them right back. But I’m not young anymore; at 47, I’m an adult capable of making my own decisions. I need the space to explore what I want and figure things out for myself, and I really hope they can respect that.
She shared that she’s never felt happier, explaining it comes from self-love. She believes you can’t truly love others until you first love yourself.
I used to think I needed a partner to feel complete, but I’ve realized that’s not true. Now, I don’t need anyone, I simply want a relationship if it feels right.
I want to assure everyone that I wasn’t tricked by a dishonest person or a scammer. There was no manipulative behavior involved.
