Is Prince George set for Marlborough College after he tours £60,000 a year school with parents?

Rumors are flying about where Prince William and Kate’s children will go to secondary school, especially after sources saw the royal couple visiting Marlborough College.

Twelve-year-old George may have been expected to attend Eton, the all-boys school his father went to, but the Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their children George and Charlotte, recently visited Eton College. Kate attended Eton after leaving Downe House, an all-girls school, because she was bullied there. The school costs £60,000 a year to attend.

According to a source, students were suddenly told to leave the school’s main square – known as ‘court’ – by a very stressed teacher. They were instructed to go to the library or anywhere indoors, with a strong emphasis on not being allowed to stay outside.

This made the teenagers curious, so they quietly went down one of the library’s towers to see what was happening below.

According to my source, people were surprised to see Kate and William arrive in a fancy car and walk through the courtyard.

That’s when I realized why the school had scheduled so many nice, family-friendly activities that day, such as choir practice and an unexpected art show.

Everyone at Norwood Hall, the school’s large dining room, is probably talking about whether George will be attending in September. He’s currently finishing his studies at the co-educational Lambrook prep school.

More recently, princes William and Harry both attended Eton College. Princess Eugenie is among the notable graduates of Marlborough College.

Meanwhile, Kate’s former house at Marlborough, Elmhurst, has seen an influx of celebrity children.

Yoni the lonely as he splits from Lila

As a lifestyle observer, I noticed it wasn’t a huge surprise when Kate Moss and Count Nikolai Von Bismarck recently went their separate ways. Their relationship had seemed to run its course, and it’s clear they’ve decided to move on.

I’m also learning that Kate’s daughter, Lila, and Yoni Helbitz, who works in marketing for fashion designer Kim Jones, have ended their relationship after dating for two and a half years.

Moss, 23, and Helbitz, 24, who used to be just friends, were first linked romantically in 2023. People often saw them together in London, including at the Wimbledon tennis tournament that year.

Lila’s still grieving, especially considering her father is a prominent figure in the fashion world, Jefferson Hack. However, I’ve heard her mother is actively looking for a new partner. It makes you wonder if the two of them might even start dating each other!

The fag of war…

With Dubai’s social media stars rushing to leave due to the conflict in the Middle East, Martha Sitwell is looking at it as a chance to find discounted cigarettes.

‘Anyone flying in and happy to duty-free mule for me?’

Don’t look back in anger, Izzy

I recently revealed that Izzy Richmond and Liam Gallagher’s son Lennon had split.

At 23, the model is now experiencing the difficulty of not having a well-known family connection, as Burberry didn’t include her in their London Fashion Week show.

According to a source, Izzy is worried the breakup will harm her career. She’s also disappointed about not being invited to something – or perhaps being left out entirely.

After enthusiastically exploring Italy’s food and traditions in his BBC series, Searching For Italy, Stanley Tucci has officially become an Italian citizen.

The US actor was overheard talking about his new status at Dame Jilly Cooper’s funeral last month.

As part of the process, Tucci had to pass an Italian fluency exam. Mamma mia!

Lady Louise Windsor isn’t the only royal to let the train take the strain.

Last year, reports surfaced of Princess Anne’s niece, King Charles’s daughter, being seen in a crowded train carriage. Now, Princess Anne herself has been spotted traveling first class on a Great Western Railway train from London Paddington, accompanied by her security detail and wearing her glasses.

Irish actor Barry Keoghan has thrown his hat into the 007 ring… but with a savvier angle.

Oh my gosh, did you HEAR what Jacob Elordi said? He doesn’t even want to be James Bond – he wants to be the VILLAIN! Can you believe it? Honestly, that’s even better. He’d be the perfect Bond villain. I’m already picturing it, and it’s amazing. He’s just… brilliant for that role. Thirty-three years old and ready to take over the world, basically!
