Irene Aldana predicts a 'war' against Norma Dumont at UFC 306 (Video)

As a longtime UFC enthusiast with years of fights under my belt, I can’t help but feel the adrenaline pumping as I look at this stacked fight card for UFC 306! The matchup between Irene Aldana and Norma Dumont is one that has me on the edge of my seat.

As a devoted UFC enthusiast, I was there, alongside my teammates Alexa Grasso and Diego Lopes, at the UFC APEX for a pre-fight media workout. After a quick snap and video session, I took the opportunity to address the gathered media following the event.

According to Aldana, Norma is an exceptional combatant. She’s incredibly assertive, brimming with confidence, and eagerly pursues chances like this one as it provides her a path towards climbing the rankings and challenging for a title.

….It seems likely that there will be a conflict due to Norma’s unique approach. I believe it will turn out to be an exciting battle between the two of us.

In this upcoming event, Aldana and Dumont are set to face off during the main preliminary bout. Victory for either could potentially move them a step closer towards title contention. Notably, Aldana recently emerged victorious against Karol Rosa in December, but has yet to fight in 2024. In stark contrast, Dumont is currently on a four-fight winning streak and most recently defeated the former featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie in April.
