Following the success of two prominent mobile gaming events, the Indian scene for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is gearing up for its third top-tier competition, sponsored by electronics manufacturer iQOO. They have announced the iQOO Battlegrounds Series, offering a staggering prize pool of INR 1 Crore. The event, set to begin in June, aims to unite both professional players and the community at large.
iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025: Schedule and Format
The upcoming competition, iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025, will adopt a hybrid format. This means that the winner of the iQOO Community Cup will share the same platform with the top 31 teams from across the nation. The qualifying round for this exciting event begins on the 21st of July. As the competition progresses into August, the grand final will be held in Delhi from the 8th to the 10th of that month in 2025.

Prize Pool
You’re aware that the tournament is offering a prize pool worth approximately $117,000, which totals INR 1 crore. After their clash in the finals, the teams will divide this money according to their final rankings. The final showdown, known as the LAN event, is set to happen in Delhi from August 8th to 10th.
Apart from the individual accolades, it remains uncertain how much each team will receive since iQOO has not disclosed specifics about the distribution. Once we have more information, we’ll keep you updated.
Participating Teams
In this tournament, a full roster of 32 different teams will be participating. The ultimate showdown, however, is expected to consist of just 16 teams. This event will adhere to the traditional format used in PUBG Mobile’s routine competitions. Since we don’t have the list of teams yet, make sure to check back on this article for updates on who will be competing.
