Ioan Gruffudd and Bianca Wallace’s passionate premiere smooch looks EXACTLY like his loved up display with now ex wife Alice Evans in throwback snap from 20 years ago

At the world premiere of The Fantastic Four: First Steps in Los Angeles on Monday, Ioan Gruffudd and his heavily pregnant wife, Bianca Wallace, didn’t shy away from showing their affectionate bond openly.

The joyful pair shared a kiss under the watchful eyes of photographers, as the 51-year-old Welsh actor gently held his expectant wife’s expanding belly.

Although the image bore a strong similarity to the same premiere twenty years ago, where Ioan was seen openly displaying affection with his former spouse, Alice Evans.

In the year 2005, they were photographed sharing a fervent kiss, which happened to occur, quite remarkably, during the first premiere of Fantastic Four.

In an old photo discovered, it shows that the couple was unable to resist holding hands with one another, captured only two years prior to their wedding day.

John and Lisa, currently both aged 56, crossed paths on the film set of “102 Dalmatians” over two decades back. Love blossomed off-screen, leading to their wedding in Mexico in 2007.

In March 2021, Ioan initiated a divorce from Alice, not long after she disclosed on social platforms that her 14-year partner had decided to leave her. Their divorce was finalized in July 2023.

tomorrow, Alice and her ex-partner are anticipated to meet at a courthouse in downtown L.A., where she plans to appeal to Judge Josh Stinn for an increase in the $4,500 monthly alimony payments that Ioan is currently providing.

Leading up to this week’s court case, DailyMail.com got hold of papers submitted by Alice stating her financial hardship. She admitted being so cash-strapped that she had to ask friends for loans and established a GoFundMe campaign which collected $18,000 in donations.

She mentioned that herself, Ella (age 15), and Elsie (age 11) have been forced to vacate their Los Angeles residence due to the high monthly rent of $6,500, which she found unaffordable.

She contended that she had to ‘burn through’ her savings to pay living expenses and legal fees.

She firmly believed that Ioan, having recently married Bianca Wallace who is currently expecting, has the financial means to cover a higher amount than his current $3,000 monthly child support and $1,500 spousal support payments.

However, Ioan is challenging his ex-partner’s financial requests, as he contends in his court documents. He criticized Alice’s assertions by stating that she deliberately arranged her own eviction… by voluntarily stopping rental payments and instead choosing to take the children on a trip to Europe instead.

According to him, her intention was to bolster a fabricated story about her financial hardship in the public eye, with the ultimate goal of damaging my reputation by accusing me of being unable to pay appropriate child support. This was done as a deceitful tactic to pressure me into paying more than I can reasonably afford.

In addition, Ioan asserted that the records subpoenaed from banks demonstrate that contrary to her claims of being broke, Alice actually earned over $130,000 in 2024 and is projected to make an equivalent amount this year. This allegation, which Alice termed as ‘deceptive and misleading’, was vehemently disputed by her.

In a recent court document, Ioan explained that he was deeply troubled when he received numerous distressed messages from our minor kids, who were repeating Alice’s untrue and fabricated assertions about imminent homelessness.

However, Alice’s recent legal paperwork states that she did not coerce the children into writing emotional letters to their father.

She stated that she never asked the children to discuss our impending eviction and potential homelessness with Ioan. The kids are fully informed about our financial struggles and the upcoming eviction.

Apart from dismissing Ioan’s claim, Alice also dismissed the allegation made in his latest court document that her ex has been disregarding a three-year domestic abuse protection order by persistently following, harassing, and publishing disparaging comments about him online.

Instead, she characterized Ioan’s attempt at the restraining order as an effort aimed at silencing her and infringing upon her First Amendment freedoms.

Furthermore, she emphasized, “There’s not a shred of proof indicating stalking… I don’t know where he and his wife reside, and frankly, I couldn’t care less about following or spying on them. It’s preposterous to even suggest such a thing.

In August 2022, Ioan successfully obtained a restraining order following his testimony to the court about Alice’s actions. He explained that she had been waging a malicious campaign of harmful messages, emails, and social media posts meant to intimidate him and his fiancé Bianca Wallace, as well as attempting to distance their two children from him.

In a month, Ioan will return to court on August 1st to petition Judge Stinn for an extension of the restraining order. His spouse, Bianca Wallace, is anticipated to provide testimony against Alice in this case.
