During the period from March 13 to March 14, the Into the Emerald Dream theorycrafting event takes place, and those who watch Hearthstone content on eligible Twitch channels can receive a couple of complimentary card packs. Certain content producers are also organizing Hearthstone contests. However, the main reward is getting an early peek at some Into the Emerald Dream decks being played before the upcoming change in game strategy.
For our situation, we tried the Clutch Dragon Warrior setup. As Cora Georgiou mentioned in her Xpsp interview, this configuration revolves around dragon cooperation. It encompasses not just the iconic Ysondre minion, but also cards like Clutch of Corruption, Succumb to Madness, and typical damage-inflicting Warrior class cards. In essence, this Dragon Warrior build provided significant late-game benefits and consistently applied pressure on our competitor for a decisive blow.
As a devoted fan, I recently found myself engaged in an exhilarating battle against fellow players using the Emerald Portal Party Paladin deck. Employing the innovative Imbue keyword, I managed to outplay my opponents. In one thrilling moment, captured in the screenshot below, I summoned Resplendent Dreamweaver, dealing a decisive five points of damage to an opponent’s minion. This impressive move was made possible by twice imbuing my hero power with the Imbue keyword.
In the collection of Old Guardian, we found Leech and Breach Death Knight, a Wisp Warlock, and a Dragon Warrior deck too.
As a fellow gamer, I didn’t stand alone with the Old Guardian-style Death Knight; there was Zeddy, who ventured into a Leech Control Death Knight build too. His roster wasn’t limited to that though, boasting a Wisp Mage, Nature Druid, and Dark Gifts Warlock as well.
