After making its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival, and soon to be available for a limited theater run followed by streaming, “The Lost Bus” currently boasts 13 favorable reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.

As a dedicated gamer, I’d say this film is a masterfully crafted, smooth-running machine. Directors like Paul Greengrass are the developers who use every trick in their arsenal to create an immersive experience, similar to how game designers do. This film dives deep into the subgenre of tense historical reenactments, a genre he’s already excelled in with games like United 93, Captain Phillips, and 22 July.

According to TheWrap, the standout scenes in ‘The Lost Bus’ often showcase the filmmaker’s talent for orchestrating grand action sequences.

Deadline called it an “intense” experience that “is arguably [Greengrass’] first horror film”.

According to Punch Drunk Critics, The Lost Bus starts off by keeping viewers gripped and on the verge of excitement.

Currently, the streaming platform provided by Apple has just incorporated “Highest 2 Lowest,” a thrilling film starring Denzel Washington and directed by Spike Lee.

The movie “The Lost Bus” is set to be shown in select cinemas starting on the 19th of September. It will also be available for streaming on Apple TV+ from the 3rd of October.
