I’m so excited to be a part of The Group Chat with Lucy Manly! She’s Australia’s go-to source for all the latest society news, and the best part is, she shares it with us before anyone else hears about it. It’s the inside scoop, straight from someone who really knows what’s happening!
Diving back in the Fishbowl
It appears that model Georgia Fowler and her husband, Nathan Dalah, are rekindling their romance.
According to a family friend, the couple, who are both very attractive, are trying to resolve their issues, and it’s not solely for the sake of their children.
The couple, parents of two young children, separated earlier this year while living in the United States. They kept the split private.
If they manage to work things out, they’ll avoid a costly divorce, especially considering Dalah’s wealth as a co-founder of the successful Fishbowl company.

‘They’ve been spending more time together – there’s still a spark there,’ the friend said.
Fowler and Dalah got married in 2023, following their engagement announcement the previous year. They welcomed their daughter, Dylan, in September 2021, and their son, Zeke Atlas, in February 2024.
It absolutely broke my heart when I heard about them! Everything seemed so perfect, and then, just like that, it was over. I read in The Daily Telegraph that it happened just a few months ago, and apparently, it all fell apart really fast. Honestly, it was so sudden – I still can’t quite believe it.
Nathan and Georgia were both living in New York. Nathan was growing his popular lunch restaurant business across the United States, and Georgia was working as a model.
I’ve been following this closely, and it seems like the approach has changed recently. From what I’m hearing, they’re being really cautious now, just waiting to see how things develop before making any big moves.
I’m told both families are quietly rooting for a happy ending.
Georgia’s sister, Kate, used to be in a relationship with Justin Hemmes, a wealthy hotel and restaurant owner in Sydney. Although they didn’t get married, they have two daughters together, Alexa and Saachi, and are now successfully raising them together as friends.
School camp trouble

Last September, I first reported that Moriah College, a well-known Jewish day school in Queens Park, had expelled a number of students.
Everyone in Sydney’s affluent eastern suburbs was buzzing with rumors about why the young people had been kicked out.
At the time, the biggest story was that the students who were expelled had been part of a group known as the ‘waterbomb gang.’ They were accused of throwing water at cars in the Queens Park, Rose Bay, and Bondi neighborhoods.
I recently tried to get a firsthand look at this $40,000-a-year school, hoping to understand what was going on, but they wouldn’t let me in. Nobody would give me any concrete information, just whispers that a few students had been expelled after some kind of trouble. It was really frustrating trying to get to the bottom of things!
But now the full story has emerged – and it’s far more serious than water balloons.
Three students were expelled after bringing drugs to Counterpoint, Moriah College’s program designed to help students in Years 8-12 grow and develop.
The school website describes Counterpoint as a program—and not just a camp—designed to help participants build genuine relationships and grow both as individuals and as a group. It explores important topics like personal values, family, Jewish traditions, and what it means to be Jewish.
Some of those values were left behind this year, it would seem.

The expulsions deeply upset the school community, and many parents believed the punishment was too harsh.
One parent who previously sent their child to Moriah expressed strong disapproval, calling the situation an overreaction to political correctness. They argued that teenagers are bound to make errors, and this should have been an opportunity for learning and guidance, not punishment or removal.
Two of the expelled boys have reportedly moved to other eastern suburbs schools.
Moriah is taking a strong stance, determined to enforce the school’s zero-tolerance policy and send a clear message.
Bonding blow-up
Okay, so I’ve been following this whole thing, and it’s insane! This super fancy school in Perth, like, the poshest one, took their kids on a camping trip to Rottnest Island – a cute dad-and-son thing, right? But now it’s become a massive scandal! Everyone’s talking about it, it’s the story here in Western Australia, and honestly, I’m completely hooked on finding out all the details. It’s just… wild!
A team-building weekend is causing a stir in the wealthier suburbs after a parent supposedly brought illicit drugs along for the trip.
The man was proud of himself and shared a photo of his bag with what he believed was a private group chat of other dads also at the camp.
There was just one problem: he didn’t send it to that private group.
I was absolutely stunned when I found out what happened. Instead of just sending the message to me, he blasted it out to the entire Year 3 parent WhatsApp group! Seriously, that’s over 200 mums and dads – all from Cranbrook’s western suburbs counterpart, which is a really well-respected school around here.
The photo was swiftly deleted – but this is Perth. Someone always screenshots.
The photo spread quickly – almost as fast as people enjoy a glass of rosé at Cottesloe Beach – and soon reached the school.
Okay, so this dad – honestly, he’s a legend now! – is saying he found this weird bag in the hotel bathroom. Can you believe it? And his idea of a good time was to show it to his friends! It’s just… so him! I’ve watched the video like twenty times, and it still cracks me up that he thought that was a normal thing to do. He’s totally playing it cool now, but I bet he was freaking out inside!
It’s no surprise that the school’s doctors, lawyers, and business professionals aren’t buying this story, and many are said to be deeply embarrassed by the mistake.
The school has yet to comment publicly, but insiders say the incident has been quietly dealt with.
As for the dad in question? Let’s just say his days in the parents’ WhatsApp group are… snow more.
