Inside the lavish life of Kanye West’s dentist: Tattooed Thomas Connelly dubbed himself ‘the father of diamond dentistry’ and boasts superstar client list – as he’s accused of getting rapper hooked on nitrous oxide
As a seasoned observer of public figures’ antics, I find myself quite intrigued by the rollercoaster ride that is Kanye West’s life. From his groundbreaking music career to his controversial statements and allegations, he never fails to keep us on our toes.
The dentist of Kanye West is facing allegations, as stated in an explosive declaration, that he may have introduced the rapper to excessive use of nitrous oxide.
Dr. Thomas P. Connelly, who refutes all the affidavit allegations, found himself in the limelight this year after he provided West with $850,000 titanium dentures. However, it’s worth noting that Dr. Connelly already boasts an impressive roster of high-profile clients.
Connelly, often referred to as the pioneer of diamond dentistry, is renowned for his work in setting real gems onto teeth and creating dazzling veneers tailored to perfection. He has bestowed million-dollar smiles upon celebrities such as Chris Brown, Cardi B, Post Malone, and Odell Beckham Jr.
He often uses social media to proudly show off his high-profile clients, and he’s mentioned before that he limits himself to meeting just one client daily in order to maintain a good work-life balance.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but be captivated by the charismatic 51-year-old dentist who towers over the crowd with his intimidating stature and intricate body art. His muscular physique is a sight to behold, and his frequent appearances at high-profile events only add to his allure.
2023 saw me telling The Source, “I’m the enigmatic character who leaves a lasting impression upon first encounter. It’s amusing, folks often feel they’ve met a celebrity. The question I get asked most is ‘What do you do?!’ Nearly every time, the answer remains the same: UFC fighter.”
Connelly, a father of five, balances his dental career with bodybuilding. He frequently posts photos showcasing his toned physique to his 325,000 Instagram followers, and he’s open about being in a ‘bulking’ phase. In the year 2023, he participated in the Masters Olympia competition.
Last year in 2021, dental professional Connelly performed an extensive makeover on Post Malone by installing 18 porcelain veneers, eight platinum crowns, and two six-carat diamonds, completely replacing his canine teeth. The cost of this luxurious upgrade was a staggering $1.6 million.
Connelly explained to The New York Times that Posty was in need of help, particularly with his poor dental health. Since working on Post’s oral health, we have gained valuable insights.
Beginning from 2021, Connelly has started sporting a style reminiscent of Malone’s – acquiring numerous tattoos, installing metallic veneers on his teeth, and shaving off his hair.
In an interview with Naluda Magazine back in 2023, he stated, “I am recognized as the pioneer of diamond dentistry. I’ve created these unique procedures, and I’m the globally distinctive dentist who consistently carries out them with reliability.”
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: “To build a thriving practice, it’s essential to offer an exceptional, distinct touch – a spark that sets you apart from the crowd. Sometimes, it’s your unique charm and character that captivates clients and keeps them coming back.”
Additionally, Connelly adorned Offset with a 40-carat diamond setting, decorated Odell’s teeth with veneers embedded nearly $2 million in diamonds, and fixed Lil Yachty with a permanent diamond studding worth $1 million in his teeth.
The cost for full diamond teeth can vary between $100,000 and $2 million, while porcelain veneers adorned with diamonds range from $10,000 to $75,000.
Connelly has 25 years in the industry and offices in Beverly Hills and New York City.
Connelly frequently appears in moody Instagram photo sessions and posted a video showcasing him socializing with one of his high-profile clients, Shaq (Shaquille O’Neal).
Connelly proudly stated, “I had the privilege of creating Shaq’s entire set of veneers and some grills for him. It’s quite exciting! There’s something truly enjoyable about crafting beautiful, creative work and having a great rapport with your clients. In fact, I’ve contemplated specializing my practice solely for men.”
The dentist shared a video of him sitting front row at Mr Olympia with Shaq.
Connelly gained fame on social media due to his unique designs, often showcasing muscle-revealing outfits as he strives to create a splash with his fashion choices.
2022 saw him collaborate with Travis Barker on the TV series “Inked & Iced”. This program showcased Blink-182’s rocker embarking on a fresh endeavor, where celebrities received diamond dental implants and full-body tattoos simultaneously, both procedures conducted under anesthesia.
Barker himself has glittering diamond dental implants.
As a seasoned lifestyle expert, let me share my unique perspective on a typical day in my profession. After a fulfilling workday, I return home to share an evening meal with my cherished children, a moment that fills my heart with joy. Once they’re tucked away for the night, I find myself reflecting on the day’s events, grateful for the simplicity of my professional life.
Reflecting on his life outside work, he shared: ‘At fifty, I can honestly say that my bucket list isn’t very long. I’ve had a rich, fulfilling life both professionally and personally. I am blessed with five fantastic children who never let me have a moment’s peace.’
Instead, he mentioned that his preferred healthy treat is a blend of plain Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and Splenda, which surprisingly tastes just like chocolate mousse.
His cheat meal is pizza and cookies.
After changing his major from business, Dr. Connelly pursued his dental education at the Mayo Clinic, the University of Detroit Mercy, and Louisiana State University.
Connelly has additionally held the position of Clinical Professor at both Harvard University’s Dental School in Boston and Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine in New York City.
Milo Yiannopoulos, a previous chief of staff for the 47-year-old West, who left his position in May following two years of service, asserted that West is addicted to nitrous oxide or “laughing gas”. He also alleged that Connelly was cognizant of West’s psychological weaknesses and aimed to capitalize on them by providing the laughing gas.
The document alleges additional startling details: Connelly persisted in providing the gas even after symptoms arose that sparked broad worry and discussion, and he demanded over $50,000 monthly for this service.
(West was seen in a Reddit post three months ago with a mask on with the caption, ‘Ye on nitrous.’)
It was reported that West’s increasing use of nitrous oxide, often referred to colloquially as ‘hippy crack’, which can cause intense feelings of happiness, was causing concern among Yeezy staff. Additionally, it was observed that the rapper was frequently using an inhaler mask and his communications were becoming confusing and contradictory.
In the course of my commitment to openness and understanding, I find myself reflecting on a public figure whose career has experienced a significant downturn, markedly beginning with a regrettable remark in 2022 concerning Jewish people, stating he was taking ‘death con 3’ action against them. This comment led to his immediate dismissal by his agency CAA, production company MRC, Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga. As a follower of fairness and tolerance, I am deeply saddened by such incidents that perpetuate hate speech.
According to the affidavit, it points out that the behaviors associated with West’s frequently reported bipolar disorder and the consequences of long-term nitrous gas misuse share striking resemblances. These behaviors include unpredictable actions, changes in mood, feelings of suspicion, and aggressive tendencies.
According to Yiannopoulos, a Yeezy staff member disclosed to him that they observed Kanye West using nitrous oxide supplied by Connelly on their own.
Yiannopoulos, who described his responsibilities as “unraveling mysteries and rectifying issues where others have fallen short,” stated that the affidavit he submitted was in line with a grievance he filed with the California Dental Board. In this complaint, he accused Connelly of conduct that was reckless, unethical, questionable, potentially illegal, and, as far as he knows, dishonest.
I’m deeply driven by an immediate worry for West’s well-being and safety, not just as an individual but also speaking on behalf of a few dear ones who share this concern.
Yiannopoulos stated that he doesn’t have the authority to disclose West’s medical records and wouldn’t make such a move without West’s permission. In the affidavit, he didn’t directly mention West while making accusations against Connelly, but instead implied it indirectly.
Yiannopoulos stated that the affidavit concerns actions of Connelly, involving the illegal provision of large amounts of nitrous gas to a well-known individual for purely recreational purposes. Additionally, he personally transported four surgical-sized canisters of the gas into the patient’s home on a single afternoon.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that he took an extra and uncommon action by including a “jurat” affidavit, which is subject to perjury penalties; furthermore, he submitted all related materials to both the Attorney General’s office and the FBI.
Milo Yiannopoulos stated that Connelly billed over $50,000 monthly for their services. Even as troubling symptoms arose and sparked broad discussion and worry, they continued to provide the gas.
Connelly gave instructions to the patient on how to operate nitrous gas canisters, which he left at their home. Furthermore, he knowingly encouraged the use of these canisters by an individual with a history of mental illness and addiction, who was not a qualified anesthesia or medical professional, according to Yiannopoulos’ affidavit.
In my declaration, I asserted that Connelly, in disregard of a particular individual under his care, knowingly allowed them to face the self-damaging outcomes of addiction. His attitude towards their potential for lasting harm, whether due to indifference or something worse, was troubling at best.
Milo Yiannopoulos alleges that, according to his understanding, Connelly misrepresented the truth when he received large sums of money from a patient who was mentally unstable, dependent, frail, and addicted.
In his statement, Yiannopoulos mentioned that Connelly relocated to live in the same building as the patient, at the patient’s cost, with the intention of closely monitoring him.
Yiannopoulos stated in his affidavit that he was promoted in January and discovered West’s organization was facing a $200 million debt with no incoming revenue. In response, he initiated crisis management measures by letting go more than 130 employees within the first month of his tenure.
Yiannopoulos explained that during February and March, he established and implemented tight budgeting rules, travel policies, expense caps, and other financial restrictions to ensure the financial records were well-managed, and discovered millions of dollars that had been unnecessarily wasted. The reasons for this waste ranged from fraud, excessive spending, double billing, and redundancies.
Yiannopoulos stated in an affidavit that he met Connelly through their shared role, and Connelly was presented to him as the dentist who helped design and install the titanium prosthodontics that Ye (presumably a different person) praised and reportedly cost $850,000, according to DailyMail.com in January.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that Dr. Connelly is a dentist who is well-known, with prominent patients and actively striving for more recognition through his unique dental practice. This unconventional approach even includes the use of diamonds on certain occasions, as mentioned. It’s worth noting that Dr. Connelly was featured in an article published by The New York Times in January 2024.
As a diligent associate, I attested in the affidavit that Connelly portrayed himself as a well-connected, thriving entrepreneur, offering advisors to West who required substantial fees for their expertise, all while suggesting extensive and turbulent modifications to West’s business framework.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that it was evident to him that West’s increasing reliance on nitrous gas, rather than Connelly’s business skills, was the key factor Connelly used to close the deal.
In my statement, I mentioned an affair from last April where Yeezy staff members were expressing concerns and openly discussing Kanye West’s reliance on substances. During our gatherings, this topic was a recurring theme that Kanye himself frequently brought up.
Beyond working with the West, he has also been associated with Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia, as well as a succession of affluent Floridians. This work supports his assertion of a credible history unmasking fraud, embezzlement, and malicious intentions in various forms.
In the affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that several Yeezy employees voiced worries about observing ‘four big medical tanks of nitrous oxide in Bianca Censori’s apartment’. Later, Connelly clarified that the canisters were always empty.
Milo Yiannopoulos proposes that federal authorities should intervene regarding the mentioned matters, and suggests that Connelly’s license ought to be temporarily revoked.
On Wednesday, a representative for Connelly informed TMZ that the statements made by Yiannopoulos were not just inaccurate, but deliberately deceptive as well.
According to Connelly’s representative, Yiannopoulos fabricated these allegations merely to gain attention. Additionally, they stated that Yiannopoulos was intentionally trying to harm Connelly during this process.
According to Connelly’s representative, the dentist adheres to both legal and moral principles and intends to keep doing so in the future.
In October 2023, the New York Times disclosed an exposé detailing that West had sketched a swastika on a shoe design during a meeting with Adidas executives in 2013. Furthermore, it was reported that West openly admired Adolf Hitler for his expertise in propaganda.
In an unusual Instagram post last March, the Atlanta-based hip-hop artist stated that watching Jonah Hill in the 2012 action comedy “21 Jump Street” helped reignite his appreciation for people of Jewish descent.
In my viewpoint, it’s crucial not to let anger towards a few individuals escalate into hatred for countless innocent people. As someone who values compassion, I echo the sentiments expressed by Kanye West, who has an impressive following of 42.8 million on social media. Just as no Christian can be labeled anti-Semitic given that Jesus himself was Jewish, it’s essential to remember this truth. I appreciate Jonah Hill and hold a deep affection for him.
Back in the winter of 2002, I was beyond ecstatic when Kanye West, my favorite artist, dropped his first rap EP titled “Get Well Soon…” through Jay-Z’s now-legendary record label, Roc-A-Fella Records. And let me tell you, it wasn’t even two years later, in February 2004, that he stunned the world with his critically acclaimed debut album, “College Dropout.”
Over the past two decades, Kanye West has made a significant impact on the rap industry. His music has sold an astounding 160 million records globally, earning him 24 Grammy Awards. Two of his songs, Stronger from 2007 and N***** in Paris featuring Jay-Z from 2011, have been certified Diamond. Moreover, every one of his ten albums has achieved Gold certification or higher.
As a lifestyle connoisseur looking back on my career highlights, I’m thrilled to share that the release of our hip-hop duo Y$’s 10th studio album, Vultures 1, soared straight to No.1 when it dropped in February 2024. It was an incredible journey working alongside Ty Dolla Sign on this project.
In the past, there were hints that West was planning a sequel to his album titled Vultures 2. Speculation about West’s potential musical retirement arises as he faces numerous legal issues, primarily concerning the decline of his Yeezy brand.
In the previous month, a sensational legal claim emerged alleging that Kanye West and his spouse, Bianca Censori (age 29), were involved in transmitting adult content to their staff at Yeezy, which reportedly included underage individuals as well.
In California, a federal lawsuit was initiated with allegations that an individual named Censori shared a link to explicit sexual material with one of their employees, following the announcement of her husband’s venture, Yeezy Porn, which specializes in adult films, around late April.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m here to bring you insights into various aspects of life, including digital culture. In this case, it’s important to note that while some reports claim underage staff had access to certain videos, no legal action has been taken against me specifically in the lawsuit. However, these allegations serve as a backdrop to discuss the working environment at my YZYVSN streaming service app.
Since then, Censori has refuted the allegations through Yiannopoulos, who asserted that he was given authorization to act on her behalf and share information with DailyMail.com.
The statement clarifies that Bianca has given her permission for me to emphasize that any claim suggesting she displayed or made accessible pornographic content to minors is not only disrespectful and distasteful, but also entirely untrue and without basis.
