As a seasoned observer of the dance floor and a connoisseur of the Strictly Come Dancing scene, let me tell ya, I’ve seen my fair share of dances, partners, and sequins over the years. But this year, Chris McCausland has truly taken the cake!

This year, Dianne Buswell and her famous dance partner Chris McCausland are strongly favored to win the coveted Glitterball Trophy on Strictly Come Dancing.

The skilled dancer, aged 35, is undoubtedly enjoying the rewards from her thriving television work following their acquisition of a lavish £3.5 million, five-bedroom property in Brighton with her partner Joe Sugg, 33.

In the previous year, the pair put their spacious four-bedroom standalone house on the market for approximately £1,350,000 in 2022. They then purchased the residence that was once owned by footballer Lewis Dunk.

This 7,741 square foot property boasts a new indoor, heated swimming pool and fitness center. Additionally, it offers a spacious, open-concept foyer featuring a double staircase that ascends to a combined kitchen and living room space offering scenic views of the garden below.

This house additionally offers five bathrooms and six spacious living areas, featuring a grand balcony and a cozy sunken patio for outdoor relaxation.

In 2016, Lewis, aged 33 at the time, purchased a standalone house located in West Sussex for a sum of £787,500. He then decided to place this property on the market for a staggering £3.5 million in 2022.

Approximately four months into living there, the Premier League player proposed designs for constructing a two-story side addition, including a lower level, ground level, and first floor expansion at the back, as well as a two-story front extension and a separate front garage.

In 2018, the pair who crossed paths during Strictly Come Dancing, have been sharing glimpses with their followers on Instagram.

Joe confirmed they were moving, telling fans their previous home was too big a project to tackle.

He mentioned in an Instagram video that he’s been occupied with some work out of sight. In other words, they are wrapping up the final items since they recently changed residences.

Wow, I’m hearing quite a lot of surprise from folks about my move! It’s been just over two years since I settled into my last home, so their reactions are totally understandable. Absolutely spot on!

He went on saying, “We adored the previous location, yet it required extensive work; it was quite a large undertaking. Unfortunately, our schedules don’t allow for tackling such a huge project. However, we were captivated by this place, and now, here we are, completely smitten with it.

As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but share my latest adventure – an attempt at constructing flat-pack furniture in my brand-new abode, much like the Australian-born dance sensation, Dianne.

Back in March, it became known that they listed their standalone, four-bedroom house with a price tag of approximately £1.35 million.

At the start of 2021, they took up residence on the property, making their move official by sharing a photo of Sugg lifting his girlfriend aloft over their newly acquired backyard.

The couple met on the sixteenth series of the BBC dance show after being partnered together.

In the competition, Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton came out as the winners, while the others ended up in second place this year. Recently, they have also become parents to a child named Minnie, as they are now a couple.

Dianne has been candid about her aspirations for starting a family, sharing with Women’s Health that “Joe is an incredibly supportive partner. The idea of having a family someday is something we both cherish; it’s a shared dream of ours.

Initially, Joe gained recognition through his ‘ThatcherJoe’ YouTube channel. Later on, he introduced separate channels titled ‘ThatcherJoeVlogs’ and ‘ThatcherJoeGames’.

Dianne and her dance partner Chris are strongly favored to win “Strictly”, with odds of 1/5 implying an estimated probability of 83%. They have been frontrunners since the second week.

Sarah Hadland is considered the prime contender who could potentially challenge Chris’ path to victory, but she currently trails significantly in the odds at 9-to-2, while Tasha Ghouri completes the top tier of possibilities at 10-to-1.

Representative of William Hill, Lee Phelps, stated: “Chris McCausland is unstoppable in the odds for Strictly Come Dancing, and it appears he’s almost grasping the Glitterball Trophy.

Although there are still four weeks remaining, Chris is heavily favored with odds of 1/5 to win this year’s series. This leaves him with a substantial advantage in the betting market compared to Sarah Hadland, who stands at 9/2, and Tasha Ghouri, who is priced at 10/1.

Last Saturday in Blackpool, Chris and Dianne received an impressive 37 out of 40 points for their American Smooth dance from the judges.

Dianne’s parents are flying in from Australia this weekend to watch her perform in the upcoming show on Saturday.
