On one hand, I admire Sarah’s ambition, creativity, and ability to turn her passions into profitable ventures. Her new property promises to be a beautiful addition to her portfolio, offering ample outdoor living space, Mediterranean-inspired design, and potential income through Airbnb or wedding rentals.
Sarah has provided a preview of her contentious and substantial home makeover project, set to start in 2025, for her followers to see.
A 31-year-old social media influencer, who recently became wealthy, faced criticism after revealing her acquisition of a new property in March of the previous year.
Sarah, originally named Sarah Stevenson, displayed images of the house’s outer decor – featuring both the front porch and the backyard.
‘Over a year of architectural design and we’re almost there!’ she wrote alongside one photo.
Sarah then revealed why she’d been quiet about the renovations in recent months.
She admitted that she hadn’t shared much information with us about the construction progress as we were still making adjustments to the landscape and architectural plans.
‘But once the juicy demo and build star next year I will bring you along don’t worry.’
The building’s outer appearance is adorned with a fresh coat of white paint, boasting a picturesque cobblestone pathway that leads to a timber-built garage, and a charming wooden walkway that terminates at an arched entryway.
The house boasts a generously sized backyard, providing ample opportunities for outdoor living and entertaining. Upstairs, you’ll find a balcony and expansive, open windows on the second level.
In November, the mother of two, who was pregnant at the time, disclosed that she and her husband, Kurt Tilse, had reached the approval stage with the local council.
“Today’s a work-from-home day. I’m wrapping up the plans for our upcoming Spanish-style construction project,” she posted on Instagram while sitting at the dining table.
In July 2023, Stevenson described the home as ‘Italian-inspired’.
In her continuing composition, she described with excitement the ideal plot of land she had discovered for her forthcoming project.
She described constructing a distinct villa inspired by the Mediterranean style, which we will use as our personal retreat, a venue for photography shoots available for rent, and a high-end vacation rental.
At this stage, we’re finalizing the design for submission to DA (Development Approval) by 2024. We plan to demolish or start construction on the building in 2025.
During that period, Sarah shared merely some hints about the property, disclosing that it would be constructed on a vast coastal plot they had bought together with Kurt in March.
She mentioned that they would use the large vacation house as an Airbnb rental or wedding venue when it wasn’t being used by her family and herself for holidays.
Last July, I came across an inspiring idea for our latest real estate project, which I shared with my followers through an Instagram post.
‘We are going for a warm, earthy Italian-inspired villa,’ she said in the caption.
Her inspirational pictures featured a sprawling palatial European home finished in stone.
On social media, Sarah faced heavy criticism after revealing her purchase of a second house, which she described as less than desirable, intending to use it for photography sessions and vacation getaways with Kurt.
