As a seasoned observer of celebrity lives, I must say that Paris Fury’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Her ability to juggle a chaotic home life with seven children and still manage to maintain her grace and poise is truly commendable. It seems as if she has taken the phrase “keeping up with the Joneses” to a whole new level.

Sadly, Paris Fury suffered a miscarriage just a day prior to Tyson Fury’s heavyweight loss against Oleksandr Usyk in Dubai, which occurred in May.

However, the mother, aged 34, decided to keep her partner uninformed prior to the match, allowing him to focus solely on his fight.

Fans have affectionately dubbed Paris as a ‘saint’, following the family’s gracious decision to allow Netflix cameras into their home for their documentary series titled “At Home With The Furys”.

In addition to managing life with her seven kids, Paris has also stood by her husband Tyson during his mental health challenges and has faced offensive racial slurs ever since she became prominent in public eye.

Here TopMob takes a look at the Fury’s under pressure matriarch…

Supporting Tyson through mental health struggles

Paris and Tyson fell in love during their childhood years, and they tied the knot at the age of 21 for her and 19 for him. Notably, Tyson achieved immense stardom later in life as a successful boxer.

In 2008, the pair got married, and since then, she has stood by her husband during all his struggles with mental health issues, including thoughts of suicide, and later, a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.

Paris confessed her true self after doctors informed Tyson about his condition, which provided a more comprehensible explanation for his unpredictable behavior.

In their Netflix series, the family openly discussed the boxer’s battles and viewers witnessed his distress at being apart from the boxing ring, feeling aimless and purposeless.

Given Paris’s acknowledgement that she had concerns about his potential relapse into depression and substance abuse, which were significant factors driving his suicidal thoughts during his temporary departure from sports in 2019.

During his previous retirement from boxing, Tyson struggled with substance abuse involving alcohol and drugs. He also experiences several mental health issues such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, which combined, led to a difficult period for him, lasting approximately two years.

‘It’s futile to claim it won’t occur again, as that’s the obvious issue lingering in our minds that needs addressing.’

Regardless of their current luxurious life, they continue to lean on each other, just as they have done before.

In 2016, during the height of his boxing career, Tyson lost his titles despite being unbeaten with a record of 25-0 due to a positive drug test for cocaine.

Admitting that after taking a step back and ‘losing everything’ he  sunk into a deep depression and said he wanted to die on a daily basis.

A counselor aided him in regaining control over his life, while Paris stood by her spouse during his hard times as well.

2017 marked a significant clarification for her when Tyson received a Bipolar disorder diagnosis. In 2021, she expressed this sentiment to Good Morning Britain, stating, ‘It was a sense of relief, it provided confirmation.’

I wasn’t pondering whether he might be dealing with some issue. From his early years, it seemed as though he was battling inner demons. This realization eased my understanding of the trials he faced.

‘He’s not bad or selfish because he wants to be – it was actually an illness.’

Tragic miscarriages

In May, Paris suffered her third miscarriage, at six months, just one day before Tyson’s big fight in Dubai  but chose not to tell him ahead of the match.

Now, the boxer is remembering a chat he had with his wife, who chose not to come along to America, and this discussion, as it turned out, made him worry before the fight started.

When she mentioned she wouldn’t drop by, it became apparent that something was amiss, as she typically makes an appearance during fight weeks. However, she claimed to be dealing with high blood pressure instead.

It was clear that she wouldn’t be visiting on Friday, and Turki Alalshikh, the head of Saudi boxing, proposed a private jet for our convenience due to my high blood pressure. He also mentioned that he’d bring along a doctor with him.

‘I am not making excuses but she was six months pregnant; it’s not like a small miscarriage at the beginning, you have to physically give birth to a dead child, on your own, while your husband is in a foreign country. I could not be there for her in that moment and that is tough for me. To go through that on your own, that isn’t good.

In 2021, Paris openly discussed the heart-wrenching sorrow she experienced upon the loss of two babies during her journey towards parenthood.

Following a heartbreaking stillbirth at six months in 2014 and a tragic miscarriage at eight weeks just prior to Tyson’s return in 2018, she decided against immediately informing her spouse about these losses.

During Baby Loss Awareness Week, Paris extended empathy to others who have experienced the same heartache, openly expressing her feelings of isolation following miscarriages and stillbirths.

In a delightful post, Paris showcased a cozy image featuring herself and her husband Tyson, who can be seen stretching his yawn, all snuggled up in bed with their little girl Athena adorably resting on Tyson’s chest.

She added a lengthy caption alongside the precious family photo, as she revealed: ‘The last week has been a whirlwind but I’m so happy to back home in Morecambe with the kids, yes all six of them!

From my early years, I’ve harbored a dream of having a large family, given that it’s deeply rooted in my ancestry – my grandmother had eight children. With each new addition, my maternal instincts have grown stronger, I’ve established a routine, and I’ve become more confident in what works best for us.

Racist abuse

In the year 2022, Paris disclosed that she had been a target of abhorrent racial slurs ever since she became a member of the Loose Women panel.

Previously, she made multiple appearances on the ITV daytime program. However, it wasn’t until 2020 when it was disclosed that she would become a permanent panelist.

But despite being a hit with bosses and viewers alike, Paris has been targeted by nasty trolls who taken aim at her traveller background, branding her a ‘dirty gy**o’.

Paris dismissively responded to such comments by stating in her latest book, Love and Fury, “When someone unknown online tells me that certain individuals like myself should not be on TV, I tend to disregard such opinions as if they were never heard.

Paris additionally shared that she had been previously denied entry into a movie theater due to being labeled as a “gypsy,” though she finds the term non-offensive, even though it’s generally considered derogatory.

As an ardent enthusiast, I’m here to clarify something that was discussed on Good Morning Britain. The term “Gypsy” refers to a racial group, a community of individuals. Therefore, using the term is not intended as an offensive slur in any manner.

However, for centuries, a pejorative label has existed that stereotypes Gypsies as troublemakers or outcasts.

‘That has been lingering on to this day, and I’ve suffered racial terms, I’ve faced those problems. Even as a kid being refused entry to a cinema.’

Paris, the spouse of heavyweight boxing champion Tyson (age 33), married since 2008, stated: “It’s not offensive, and for those who struggle with saying so, ‘You’re a Romani’, it should never be considered an insult. It should never be difficult to express.

Fears for husband Tyson

Paris expressed her hope that her husband might retire from boxing soon, as she’s concerned about potential long-term brain damage due to his extended time spent in the ring.

2020 saw her discuss on GMB that the fights were becoming increasingly difficult for him, as each one seemed tougher than the last. Watching it was painful, and she found herself wishing he would no longer box. He often says, in essence, that you can’t expect to avoid getting wet when swimming.

Apart from stating that they don’t make their kids watch fights, Paris further clarified, “They’ve attended just one, and I wouldn’t go again. He doesn’t encourage them, but if they showed interest, I wouldn’t discourage it. I’d rather be with them instead!

Inquired about her concerns regarding potential brain damage for Tyson after spending many years boxing, Paris expressed her hope that he might choose to leave boxing as a profession soon.

She stated: ‘Yes, there’s an expression used in boxing – ‘punch-drunk’. It implies that prolonged damage can result from repeated blows, and it’s not ideal. I wish he would retire in the next few years, but he claims he will when he turns 40.’

‘Saintly’ mother of seven

Paris made a documentary while expecting their youngest child, Princess Rico (who is currently 11 months old).

Viewers are quick to commend her as a ‘paragon’ and remark that the bustling mom is managing a lot, given the disarray of her household responsibilities, which she deftly manages.

The couple additionally have children named Venezuela (age 14), Prince John James (12 years old), Prince Tyson II (eight-years-old), Valencia (six-years-old), Prince Adonis Amaziah (five-years-old), and Athena (three-years-old).

Previously, Paris mentioned that she won’t have assistance from external sources for some time, as her nanny declined to work with her unruly children.

In her book, How Does She Do It?, it is disclosed that she attempted to hire a babysitter, but they refused to take on the task of caring for her six children following a visit to their £1.7 million home in Morecambe.

At a point when I was extremely overwhelmed, I briefly considered hiring a nanny.

‘The person I supported visited the kids at their home in the afternoon. A few hours later, she politely emailed me to withdraw her candidacy.’

Paris continued: ‘The kids had been especially wild that day, so I could hardly blame her!’.

Paris hasn’t definitively decided against having a eighth child with her husband Tyson, as recent as just a few weeks ago they welcomed Rico into their family.

Appearing on Loose Women, she spoke about the possibility of further extending their brood.

She mentioned that they are undecided if this will be their final child. Every time she has a baby, she declares it will be her last.

After they leave for school, I get a small feeling. However, with seven children, I must admit it’s quite hectic at home. My house stays bustling.

Paris explained the reason behind the title of her newest book, How Does She Do It?, saying, ‘Managing seven children seems incredible.’

She went on to say, “Upon publishing my initial book, many became familiar with me. The common query was, ‘How do you manage to accomplish this?’ People would approach me directly or leave messages on my Instagram asking the same thing.

When asked if I wanted to write another book, my response was something along the lines of, “This is our target for this project.

‘I provided some valuable advice on how I manage my roles as a mother, running a business, and supporting Tyson’s work.’
