NRL star Nat Butcher and his wife Harmony have listed their brand new Sydney home on the market.

The Sydney Roosters athlete and the model have just finished building a beautiful two-unit property in Matraville, which will go up for auction on July 19th.

In the city of Sydney, Future Flip, a design and construction firm, knocked down the previously owned two-story house by the couple, which they had purchased for 2.71 million dollars.

On the 771-square-meter plot of land, you’ll find two houses currently. One of these houses is being sold by the couple, while they plan to reside in the other.

This property offers five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious double garage, an extensive open-concept layout, and a backyard with an in-ground pool.

The interior design is being guided by Harmony, who’s been sharing her journey of using James Lane furniture, sponsored by them, on Instagram.

She noted that the most thrilling aspect of the construction process was transforming four walls into a place we now affectionately refer to as our home, as she shared a series of pictures this month.

The listing mentions that the house has a remarkable amount of natural light due to its exceptionally tall ceiling height.

‘The build took just 10 months,’ Harmony told The Daily Telegraph.

‘Quality is important to us; we didn’t want to compromise on the build or finishes.

We were able to decide on the details and arrangement, incorporating the brilliant suggestions from the architect. They managed to realize our concept.

She particularly admired the cozy sunken lounge with its charming open fireplace, lined by white stone, as her top picks among the room’s highlights.

Photos illustrate airy, seaside-inspired interior designs characterized by light wooden accents and textured stone elements against tall, white walls.

This spacious kitchen boasts a butler’s pantry and unique sand-textured countertops on both the counters and the island, complete with built-in appliances.

On the top floor, you’ll find the four spacious bedrooms, among them being the expansive master suite, as well as a cozy family lounge area.

At street level, you’ll find an open-concept space combining a kitchen, dining area, and a sunken lounge. This area seamlessly transitions to an outdoor dining zone, beautifully landscaped garden, and the swimming pool.

An additional fifth bedroom is housed on the ground floor, alongside an ensuite bathroom.
