After being listed for sale for two years, Justin Bieber’s previous Hawaiian retreat has now been purchased for a sum of $6.24 million.
The Waterfalling Estate, a well-recognized location, was once visited by Justin Bieber when he stayed there for a nightly fee of $10,000 back in 2015.
At that point in time, he leased a private, ocean view residence – boasting a five-bedroom, ten-bathroom mansion complete with two balcony suites on the upper floor, spread across more than nine acres – as temporary accommodation for him and his group, during a two-week period.
This utopia includes a spacious golf course with nine holes, a swimming pool sized for Olympic events featuring a towering water slide of two stories, and a large tennis court within a stadium accommodating up to 450 viewers.
As a die-hard Belieber, I can’t help but share the latest update: Just when we thought things couldn’t get any more exciting for our beloved Justin Bieber, he recently welcomed his first child with the gorgeous Hailey Bieber! However, amidst all the joy, there were whispers of concern over his health. But now, I’m thrilled to announce that a sale is imminent, with news breaking about him being spotted in Los Angeles. Here’s hoping for a swift return to top form for our dear Bieber!

This esteemed property has previously served as a getaway not only for popular figure Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, but also, allegedly, for a member of a royal family.
Furthermore, this tropical haven has been featured on well-known programs like Love Island, Ex on the Beach, and made it to the finals of HGTV’s Ultimate Home Search contest.

In February, it was listed for $9.95 million.
Following a period on the market, it ultimately went to auction, carrying a minimum bid price of $5.75 million.
12 months ago, the property was purchased for $5.75 million, in addition to a 12% premium, by resort owner Eric Lochtefeld. (Note: “purchased” and “bought” can be used interchangeably here)
Nicholson was also the listing agent for both the seller and buyer at the time.
