As a die-hard admirer, I’m thrilled to bits to share that this athletics ace, who’s my hero, has a beautiful family: Milo, the wise nine-year-old, Rex, our six-year-old bundle of energy, and the adorable two-year-old Daphne. My heart skips a beat whenever I think about them, especially when they’re with his lovely fiancée Susie Verrill

This summer, the family has been quite busy, as evidenced by the photos that Greg posted, which show them having fun outside. Their activities ranged from using a large swing, bouncing on a castle, playing in playgrounds, and even going horseback riding

I couldn’t help but wrap up her captivating Instagram post with a snapshot of Susie sipping on a chilled brewski under the shady solace, absolutely smitten!

He titled his post: ‘I hiked yesterday, a short but steep 4k trek from Bettex in the sunlight, with the delightful payoff of spectacular views, a park and eatery at the summit’

At the beginning of August, Sonya and I finished recording our first podcast together, and I shared this news with my audience: “Hi all! I thought I’d provide a small update. We just had a lot of fun recording our first episode together.”

However, I fell ill with food poisoning last night. I was extremely sick, and it’s been quite some time since I felt this poorly

‘I’ve been puking, like violently projectile vomiting, not to get really in depth with everybody. 

‘Day one in Paris has been me laying on my bed, getting up recording the first show, and I’m now back in bed before we record another show in two hours time. God food poisoning is horrendous.’
