This year, Lauren, a renowned world bikini champion, along with her fitness training companion, acquired the magnificent property, famously known as The Lighthouse, for approximately $9.5 million.
In 2017, the remarkable house known as “The Lighthouse” due to its unique tower-like beacon standing over the Broadwater, received the prestigious title of Master Builder’s Gold Coast Home of the Year.
Spanning four levels, the house offers an expansive 1,380 square metres of internal living space.
This property additionally features a casino and game room, along with numerous areas for entertainment, a fitness center, reading room, and work-from-home space.

In his picture collection, Mark mentioned that he’s been yearning to purchase the house ever since he saw it four years back.
Four years back, when Lauren suggested I relocate to the Gold Coast, I replied that the only location I’d consider moving to was the Sovereign Islands,” he penned down.
On our very first day here, as I took our dog for a walk, I spotted a house that struck me as our “dream” house, and I mentioned that someday we’d own it.
Upon arriving in this new place, while walking the dog, I chanced upon a house that seemed like our ideal one, and I mused that eventually, it would become ours.
‘Opportunity presented itself earlier in the year and I took the opportunity. Dream home achieved.’
Mark also joked about owning a house with a casino, given he is not a gambler.
In my personal message, I shared that along with the new residence, it also includes a casino, which is fortunate since I abstain from such activities. Additionally, there are two bars within the house – quite the setup! However, given my lifestyle choices, you won’t find me indulging in beverages at these establishments either. Laughter ensued as I jokingly added, “haha.
