As someone who has been through a few breakups myself, I can empathize with Victoria’s feelings. It’s never easy to see your ex move on so quickly, especially when there are still reminders of the past at home. The situation seems more complicated due to the shared belongings and unresolved legal matters.
Danny Cipriani’s stormy relationship history has taken another turn this week, with his separated wife, Victoria Rose, initiating divorce proceedings, nearly a year since they went their separate ways.
In a startling revelation during a recent interview, a 42-year-old woman accused a 36-year-old ex-rugby player of spending approximately £600 every month on drugs and communicating with other women. Furthermore, she confessed to feeling deeply humiliated when he started dating American actress AnnaLynne McCord.
Danny has previously admitted to taking cocaine, a crystallised toad psychedelic and to having so many magic mushrooms that he
became convinced his Victoria was trying to kill him.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate enough to be linked with several renowned personalities over the years. Regrettably, I’ve also encountered situations that led to scandals and accusations of infidelity.

Kelly Brook (2008 -2010)
In their mutual allegations, both Danny and Kelly claimed dishonesty toward each other. The author, in her autobiography from 2014, stated that the rugby player’s preoccupation with courting women was so intense that he often neglected even basic tasks like flushing the toilet.
In his self-published book from 2023, Danny asserted that Kelly allegedly engaged in infidelity with Thom Evans’s former partner, himself, by taking a clandestine trip together.
Danny openly disclosed the depth of his pain following Kelly’s romantic involvement with teammate Thom, a relationship that spanned from 2010 to 2012.
Additionally, he explained that he had inflicted self-harm by cutting his wrists, following an argument with Kelly during their night out in Las Vegas. He alleged that she struck him after he engaged in conversation with a dancer at a club.
Danny stated to The Sun on Sunday, “I believed it was open season… I felt as though what once belonged to me no longer did. Navigating that situation with Thom was certainly challenging.”
He asserted that he had clandestine meetings with Kelly in Mauritius while she was involved with Thom, contradicting Danny’s belief that such actions were morally questionable.

In the same year, my relationship came to an end in June, a decision that left me with a heavy heart. By November, I found myself drawn toward a dear friend, which understandably left my ex, Danny, feeling quite forlorn.
While he was overseas, working with the Melbourne Rebels in Australia, Kelly kept sending messages to him, which left the athlete perplexed.
Yet despite Danny thinking Kelly was what he wanted, he admitted that even once they got back together it wasn’t the fairy tale ending he had hoped.
He revealed: ‘When you love someone, when you’re with your soulmate, it’s difficult. It’s challenging. I didn’t have that type of relationship with Kelly. And it just wasn’t love… for me.’
In January 2013, when Kelly and Thom ultimately parted ways, she dismissed rumors suggesting Danny played a role, instead stating that their decision to split was consensual on both sides.
After a brief romantic encounter, they revived their relationship briefly. However, it didn’t continue when she discovered numerous explicit messages from multiple women on Danny’s phone.
Kelly is now married to married to French model Jeremy Parisi, 39.
Lindsay Lohan (2010)
After breaking up with Kelly, sources indicate that Danny briefly dated Lindsay Lohan following their reported two-date stint in Los Angeles over the course of 48 hours.
During his stay in the U.S. for rugby practice, the duo was spotted exiting a nightclub together. Later, he was caught entering Lindsay’s apartment around 4 a.m. separately.
During his initial trip to California, he is reported to have first encountered Lindsay and exchanged contact information while on a crucial vacation with Kelly.
At that point, a source confided in The Sunday People: ‘He seems deeply smitten by Lindsay. It might be a sort of rebound after Kelly, but Danny just can’t seem to get enough of his latest companion.’
Before adding: ‘Kelly is a bit worried and saying Danny’s still only a boy really.
Danny admitted in his 2023 memoir that he had been intimate with Lindsay, whom he described as exceptionally kind. Later, he discussed his past where he was famously promiscuous, engaging in sexual activities with numerous women on a daily basis. He even arranged encounters to start immediately after one ended during the peak of his stardom.
Katie Price (2011)
Danny said that while didn’t date ex glamour model Katie, they did in fact ‘sleep together’.
In her 2013 book titled “Love, Lipstick and Lies”, the winner of the CBB (presumably Celebrity Big Brother) spoke about a supposed relationship they had, and asserted that she unexpectedly found Danny sharing a bed with another woman.
Katie mentioned that she unexpectedly went to the house of the rugged rugby player, as she had reason to believe he might be unfaithful towards her.
In my own words, I realized that my intuition was correct, Danny, whom I thought was my partner, was indeed engaging in intimate relationships with another woman.
Katie continued by sharing that Danny and the lady he was with abruptly paused their activities when she entered, standing at the door with one hand on her hip, casually greeting them with a simple “Hi.”
It was unexpected when the star revealed that, after forgiving him, she wouldn’t forget his actions.
I approached him briskly and gave him a quick swat on the back. I exclaimed, “What’s going on here? You’re acting up!” He hastily exited the room.
Later on, Katie inquired about the identity of the woman he was accompanying. The woman responded that they had crossed paths at a gathering, and he had mentioned being unattached to her.
The businesswoman writes that Danny pleaded with her not to go but she stormed out of the house.
Regardless of his prior indiscretion, Katie encountered him once more and acknowledged that despite witnessing him with another woman, her feelings still inclined towards wanting to be intimate with him.
In no time at all, I found myself in a lull when my global adventure took me to Australia for rigorous training.
Victoria Rose (2019 – 2023)
In 2019, Danny and Victoria got acquainted through a common friend, eventually getting married in 2021. However, they recently announced their separation, which occurred last year.
They tragically lost their son
in June 2020
, who they named River, at 23 weeks.
In conversation with The Sun about the impact Danny’s drug use had on their 3-year marriage, Victoria expressed her frustration: ‘I grew tired of it. It consistently upset me. He would promise every day not to take drugs, only to resume using them by midday.’
Victoria mentioned that Danny might consume chocolate bars infused with mushrooms, and she wouldn’t be able to tell whether he had consumed any because ‘he functions so exceptionally well on them.’
One time, he picked up a lot of medication and ended up lying on the ground. Thinking I could assist, I suggested he should quit using drugs. It turned out Danny had been heavily relying on prescription meds, so I told him it was time to stop.
Victoria confessed that her marriage grew more tense as he ceased playing for Bath, attributing it to finding messages from other females on his phone.
The incident that led to their divorce in November, as she explains, began when she grew concerned about his increasing familiarity with other women during a self-help seminar.
Victoria confessed that she had raised her voice towards other ladies, asserting, “He’s my spouse,” and later went through his mobile device where she claimed to have discovered flirtatious texts from others.
As a die-hard admirer, I must confess that, upon reflecting on his history, I realize now he skillfully deceived me with his charms – a Lothario in disguise all along.
Victoria expressed her surprise and sadness. It wasn’t explicit messages she found, but rather ones where he complimented women on their beauty and shared emotional connections with them. Such sentiments were not what she expected from her husband to be exchanging.
Last year, I shared on Instagram that after four years of marriage with Victoria, we decided it was best for us to part ways. Although our journey has been filled with many beautiful moments.
Apart from sharing common ground, we’ve come to understand that we’re embarking on separate paths. Although this realization brings a sense of sorrow, it also signifies a fresh start for us, allowing us to chase our individual sources of joy. I can only extend my warmest wishes to Victoria and her children as they continue their journey.
AnnaLynne McCord (2024-)
Danny and American actress AnnaLynne, both 36,
confirmed their relationship in April
with snaps from their romantic trip to Egypt.
In a turn of events, I find myself responding to my husband’s revelation about discovering a new romance, barely half a year since our separation.
