As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen a lot of transformations, but this woman truly captivated the world. She once topped ‘sexiest woman’ lists and became incredibly well-known for her stunning magazine appearances and roles in films that definitely played up her glamorous side. She really became a symbol of allure and confidence.

Caprice has successfully reinvented her image and is now being hailed as a major festive personality, even rivaling Mariah Carey for the title of ‘Queen of Christmas‘.

At 54, the supermodel and film producer recently debuted “A Scottish Christmas Secret” on Channel 5. This is her third Christmas movie, and follows her launch of her own production company, JJLove Productions Ltd.

The mother of two told the Daily Mail that she decided to forge her own path because she felt casting directors had unfairly typecast her.

I used to always get cast as the young, attractive roles, but I’m getting older and now I have a child. I’m no longer interested in playing those types of characters.

I occasionally still do photoshoots like the ones for Loaded, and I enjoy them. But with my film work and producing, what matters most to me is that my children are proud of what I do and how I work.

Caprice, who shares her 12-year-old sons, Jax and Jett, with her husband Ty Comfort, explained that she wants her boys to see her working hard. She believes parents are their biggest role models.

The former reality TV personality, known for shows like The Surreal Life and Ladies of London, explained she’s finished with ‘toxic’ television. She described her current situation as the best yet, and a source of true happiness.

Caprice was determined to succeed in the film industry, so she prayed for direction on how to begin her filmmaking journey.

She met a film producer while working on a movie set, and he offered to collaborate with her on a new project before she was ready to start working independently.

She explained that she’s figured things out as she’s gone along and now handles everything independently. She personally takes care of all the details – booking flights, managing the schedule, and organizing everything for filming, including locations and hotels.

It’s challenging, but I enjoy it! I’m passionate about being creative and really love my writing. My stories are upbeat and focus on love and romance, which is something I genuinely believe in.

In Caprice’s new movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret, she plays Tiffany Bennett, a publisher who travels to Scotland in disguise. Her mission? To persuade bestselling author Nathan (played by Alex Trumble) to complete his book series.

The film features Caprice’s friend, Patsy Kensit, and they filmed some scenes at Caprice’s house, which includes a famous swing in the living room.

“We had a really great time,” Caprice said. “It felt completely natural, and we had such good chemistry – we couldn’t stop laughing.”

Caprice also enlisted her sons in the movie after the pair expressed an interest in acting.

‘It was chaos!’ Caprice joked. ‘But I was so proud of my sons.’

She shared that they learned their lines immediately, without needing to rehearse. However, she was surprised when they decided they weren’t interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.

She said she was pleased with the decision, explaining that she believed it was better for her two sons to maintain their privacy rather than be so publicly exposed.

I’ve become much more resilient now, so things don’t bother me as much as they used to when I was younger. But I think it’s generally better to keep things private rather than draw public attention to them.

‘It’s a roller coaster. One minute you’re hot, the next minute you’re chopped liver!’

Now Caprice is throwing herself into work for her next movie – another Christmas film.

Caprice declared with enthusiasm, ‘I absolutely love Christmas! This script is a real standout for me.’

Filming begins on January 23rd in England, with locations including the Cotswolds, London, and Birmingham.

The new holiday movie will feature dancer Abbie Quinnen, who Caprice praised as a talented and beautiful actress making her film debut.

Caprice has successfully pursued a variety of careers throughout her life, including modeling, appearing on reality television, and starting her own lingerie business.

Yet she revealed that now she’d found her favourite role.

Becoming a mother is definitely my proudest achievement,” she said. “After that, I’m really proud of producing and acting in my own films.

Honestly, it feels amazing to not just be pursuing my goals, but actually achieving them! It’s a real confidence boost, and I feel incredibly lucky. I’m deeply grateful to God for all the good things happening in my life.

I’m 54, and I’m incredibly lucky to have a wonderful husband and a strong marriage. My children are my priority, and thankfully, everyone in my family is healthy.

I’m now living my dream – acting as the main character and also producing, all in my fifties!

Don’t let anyone tell you that your gender or age limits what you can achieve. Don’t let those things hold you back.

Caprice stars in and executive produces A Scottish Christmas Secret, on Channel 5 and My5.
