The house right beside the four-bedroom, seven-bathroom property actress Diane Keaton purchased for $4.7 million in 2011 is now estimated to be worth an impressive $17 million.
According to documents acquired by DailyMail.com, the property transaction took place on July 24, which coincidentally was the date when Affleck secured a loan and also marked his wife Jennifer Lopez’s 55th birthday.
Affleck – who is worth an estimated $200 million – secured the 30-year mortgage from City National Bank. It is scheduled to be paid off by August 1, 2054.
Based on available records, it appears that both the property acquisition and home mortgage were facilitated through a trust established by Gary Kress, Affleck’s long-term business manager, approximately three weeks before, on July 11.
In the documents, Kress is designated as a trustee. Notably, Kress was responsible for facilitating the acquisition of the couple’s house in Bel Air – a property that went up for sale on the very same day.
