“> Inside Allison Holker’s Arrest for Public Intoxication Before Accusing tWitch of Drug Issues

Previously, Allison Holker was taken into custody due to charges of ‘public drunkenness’ and ‘disturbing the peace.’ This happened several years prior to when she alleged that her late husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss had a problem with drugs.

Allison, who is 36 years old, shared in an interview with People magazine that she discovered Stephen’s struggle with drug addiction just prior to his funeral.

The dancer announced that she discovered a wealth of various drugs concealed within the shoeboxes – items such as mushrooms, pills, and other substances she needed to research on her phone.

Previously, it was her who was taken into custody following an incident of disorderly conduct at Salt Lake City International Airport, which occurred on the night of September 14, 2018, approximately at 11:30 pm.

According to a police report acquired by DailyMail.com, a police officer’s account revealed that Delta Airlines personnel contacted the police because they discovered a passenger apparently unconscious on the aircraft and tried unsuccessfully to rouse her.

Upon disembarking the aircraft, I was approached by staff who suggested I undergo a medical evaluation by paramedics. However, I found myself feeling irritated towards Delta Airlines, perceiving their actions as an unwarranted assumption that I had been unconscious. To me, this felt like a personal affront.

Upon their arrival, the officers encountered the previous professional dancer from Dancing with the Stars, who departed the show in 2016, in a highly intoxicated state. They observed him arguing heatedly with Delta staff members.

The police noticed a powerful alcohol scent on her breath and detected that her eyes were red and shiny.

According to the police report, the circumstances intensified, leading her to speak loudly, utter profanities, and attract the focus of everyone present in the terminal.

Once upon a time, I found myself in a distressing situation, surrounded by six brave firefighters and policemen. In the heat of the moment, I couldn’t help but reach out to my beloved husband, Stephen Boss – a man whose spirit now soars beyond our world, having tragically taken his life on December 13, 2022. Overwhelmed, I voiced my feelings that I was being unjustly treated in this challenging situation.

As stated in the report, she refused to allow the police to handle her phone and instead chose to place Boss on speakerphone. However, she intervened when both law enforcement officers and medical personnel attempted to communicate with him.

As a fervent admirer, I can’t help but share that I found it intriguing when Allison tactfully declined to engage with the medical professionals regarding their inquiries. It gave an impression that she was neither in a state of medical distress nor posed any threat to her own well-being.

In a state of fervent enthusiasm, I found myself perplexed when she blatantly declined to answer basic queries like, “What’s today?” and “Can you tell me where we are?”. The fire captain, sensing the situation required intervention, had no choice but to assertively seize her phone from her grasp, against her evident reluctance.

In my expertise as a lifestyle advisor, I found myself compelled to share an incident that unfolded in a public setting. My actions became increasingly disruptive, reaching a point where law enforcement was required to intervene and escort me away from the scene for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

The Salt Lake City police officer ‘placed handcuffs on her wrists’ as she ‘resisted arrest.’ 

During the investigation, it seemed like she found it challenging to maintain an upright position, even showing signs of nearly toppling over backward at one instance.

The inquiry carried on at the police station following her arrival from the airport, where she was taken.

At the station, officers continued trying to clarify the situation for Allison, yet she wasn’t acting sensibly or providing clear responses to their questions.

Ultimately, she provided the authorities with her mother’s phone number. After speaking to her mother, she was later freed and indicted for ‘public intoxication’ and ‘disorderly conduct’ approximately at 4 am on September 15, 2018.

Yet, she narrowly avoided being sent to jail due to her persistent uncooperative attitude and refusal to comply.

In my efforts to escort her to detention, just before the journey began, I offered an explanation of the tasks required for her freedom. Recognizing the importance, she chose to heed my words and comply with the release protocols, as reported by the authorities.

They found out that Allison transformed a typical and straightforward assessment by healthcare professionals into a chaotic and alarming situation that sparked widespread concern among the public.

On September 28, Allison was supposed to be brought before the court, but she didn’t show up. Consequently, a warrant was issued for her arrest on October 2.

For three consecutive years, there had been no action regarding the case, leading to the filing of a ‘Request for Explanation Regarding Cases with Outstanding Pre-Trial Warrants Older Than Three Years’ in Salt Lake County.

Allison’s warrant was recalled and the case was ultimately dismissed on October 20, 2021.

The choreographer married ‘tWitch’ in December 2013 at a winery in Paso Robles, California. 

They welcomed two children together: Maddox, 8, and Zaia, 5.

16-year-old Weslie, Allison’s adopted daughter and recent defender in the face of the book’s criticism, became part of the family when she married Stephen.

My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light,” has faced criticism after making public certain private journal entries about Boss’ past. These entries include a section where he implies that he was sexually abused by a male figure during his childhood.

According to a source, DailyMail.com was informed that Boss’ relatives are highly motivated and are unlikely to remain idle for long. Moreover, they are enraged because they were not provided with an early edition of the upcoming book scheduled for release on February 4th, which they did not receive in advance.

As an ardent admirer, let me share how Allison addressed the criticism by expressing her sincere motivation behind penning her 240-page memoir. In her own words, she emphasized that her ‘sole purpose’ in writing this personal account was to help others recognize some of the ‘red flags’ I overlooked before it’s too late for them.

She expressed her wish, shared on her Instagram Story recently, that no more men will have to experience the tragic loss due to suicide – as a spouse, sibling, child, or cherished friend.

I firmly think that given the chance, Stephen would opt for his tale to be shared, should it make a difference in just one person’s life. Sending lots of affection to everyone who has stood by our family throughout the years.

Allison, currently in a relationship with Adam Edmunds, stated that she intends to give away all earnings from her book to her charity, Move with Kindness, a foundation dedicated to mental health issues, established in memory of Stephen.

Immediately following her remarks, Connie Boss Alexander, TWitch’s mother, posted on Instagram to address the ‘inaccurate and painful allegations’ concerning her son.

She stated that the family was “completely shocked” and that the falsehoods about Stephen had gone beyond all bounds of propriety.

Information about a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that family members apparently were requested to agree upon during their relative’s funeral has come to light. This NDA seems to prohibit the family from exploiting or monetizing their deceased loved one’s life story.
