A social media personality residing in Perth has publicly acknowledged a significant rift with a previous close friend, following numerous rumors over several months.
Gabi Sullivan, aged 31, shared on TikTok this week that she is no longer associating with Jacquie Alexander, a popular fashion and beauty influencer who is also 33 years old.
On Friday, Gabi, with an impressive following of 322,000 on the social media network, posted a brief video that subtly hinted at the emerging tension.
In the video, a serious-looking Gabi could be seen striking a pose from within her cozy living space, with her denim-clad hands tucked away inside her pockets.
In my opinion, some individuals may find it challenging to let go of the past grievances towards you. As I penned this note alongside the video, I encourage you to revisit and reflect upon this statement.
Gabi elaborated on the statement in a reply to a fan who asked the model to ‘spill the tea’.

In response, Gabi asserted that during Jacquie’s wedding to Nathan Cross, she had become intoxicated and initiated a heated disagreement with the bride, causing her to cry.
In a straightforward manner, Gabi shared that the truth was quite straightforward – she had gotten excessively intoxicated at the wedding, causing a scene by yelling at Gabi in front of the whole family, resulting in Gabi’s tears.
‘Obviously after that our friendship never recovered. I’m just trying to move on with my life.
In the year 2025, I find it incredibly disheartening and even shameful that certain women still seem to flourish in creating drama and bullying. It’s a stark reminder of childish behavior in grown adults.
Jacquie replied to Gabi’s video on TikTok with a post that subtly criticized her old friend in a somewhat indirect manner.
The video displayed her perched on the rear of an ornamented Mercedes convertible, adorned with ‘just married’ tins hanging from the back bumper.
In simpler terms, Jacquie, dressed in a figure-hugging wedding-like corset, playfully interacted with an unidentified man as the song “Go Go Juice” by Sabrina Carpenter was playing, creating a lively scene for the camera.
Titling the playful video, Jacquie quipped with a lyric from the tune: “No one is safe when I’ve had a bit too much to drink.

Additionally, she underscored that the video was explicitly intended for her ex-friend, mirroring Gabi’s phrase: “let’s read that line once more.
Jacquie cast more doubt on Gabi in her comments following a fan’s remark that echoed what was said in Jacquie’s video.
She retorted sharply, ‘It seems you’re still talking about me. Others don’t seem to be heard when they talk about themselves.’
We’re all aware of the inside scoop.
Jacquie responded with: ‘The thing is, though, you don’t.’
Speaking to Daily Mail Jacquie rubbished Gabi’s claims as completely false.
She clarified that there was no shouting from her during Gabi’s wedding, and her day wasn’t spoiled either. Despite the wedding, their friendship continued afterward.
There seems to be an essential piece or dynamic missing from this story, similar to what someone who has experienced a toxic friendship might recognize. Sometimes friendships just aren’t destined to work out, and it appears that’s the case here.

Ultimately, our continued relationship wasn’t beneficial for either of us, leading to its conclusion. Interestingly enough, this situation had occurred previously, but I opted for forgiveness and decided to give things another chance.
Moving forward, Jacquie expressed that the accusations left her feeling humiliated, implying they led to a form of public embarrassment.
‘These accusations are false and hurtful,’ she said.
‘What has been more upsetting is the ongoing bullying and public shaming directed at me since.
On Gabi’s special day, I’ve always held it in high regard and wouldn’t dream of overshadowing it. However, respect should be mutual. I won’t remain quiet when my own reputation is being tarnished.
The confirmation comes after months of speculation that the pair had parted ways over the drama.
In February, someone sharp-eyed on social media suggested there might have been an argument or dispute by posting on the subreddit called AussieTikTokSnark.
They no longer seem to be connected on Instagram, as Jacquie, who served as Gabi’s ‘unofficial’ maid of honor at her recent wedding, appears to have removed their joint wedding pictures from her account. It also seems possible that some previous photos of them together may have been deleted.

In the heart of Perth last November, I had the privilege of walking hand-in-hand with my partner, Chad Cross, as we exchanged vows before our cherished loved ones.
Meanwhile, Jacquie announced her engagement to hockey player Nathan Ephraums in August last year.
After witnessing her partner, who is 25 years old, participate in the Paris Olympics as part of Australia’s hockey team, the Kookaburras, she excitedly announced the good news on Instagram.
During their vacation in Italy following the end of the games, Jacquie posted a collection of affectionate photos with Nathan to celebrate this significant moment together.
For quite some time now, this couple has been together and garnered attention due to their distinctive social media shares.
