On Monday, the affluent social media influencer, aged 31, posted a video to Instagram criticizing the cost of drinks while she was enjoying a luxurious vacation on a tropical island.
It’s said that Sarah allegedly shelled out approximately $48,000 for flight tickets for her husband Kurt Tilse and their children Fox, aged 5, and Malakai, aged 2, according to the Outspoken podcast.
Sarah started venting in the deleted video, saying sadly for us, the Australian dollar, much like the price of an average cup of coffee, has unfortunately risen to levels that are quite steep, for instance, similar to paying $6 for a cup of coffee.
“Each cup of coffee costs us around $1.67 since for every dollar we transfer, we receive approximately 60 cents.”

In fact, one ticket alone sets you back a hefty $6,000. So, if you’re planning a family trip of four and want to fly in comfort both ways, the total cost adds up to an eye-watering $48,000 – a significant chunk of change that might require some careful budgeting and saving!
When people in the comments highlighted the irony of grumbling over costly coffee while shelling out thousands on flight tickets and lodging, Sarah responded defensively.
She stated, “It’s about the principle and what I’m being compensated for. It all seems logical to me,” she added with a laugh emoji.
