Indy Clinton caused a bit of a scene outside Justin Hemmes‘ new club, Club Rose Bay, in Sydney over the weekend.
On Sunday night, the 28-year-old Australian influencer posted a video online of herself happily dancing outside the event’s entrance.
She was dancing energetically to upbeat music, wearing a sheer brown lace top and khaki shorts.
Indy asked a security guard nearby to record the moment using their phone, and they turned on the flash to create a more dramatic effect.
Indy shared a video with a sweet message: ‘I’ve always liked everyone from the Merivale group, and Justin Hemmes is no exception. Club Rose Bay is now one of my favorite spots!’
Justin, the CEO of Merivale, a hospitality and entertainment company, launched the new RSL club last month in a popular, waterfront area. Thousands of eager fans waited in line to get inside.

Indy shares her children Navy, four, Bambi, two, and Soul, one, with her husband Ben Azar.
The pair began their relationship in 2018 and married two years later.
She has developed a reputation for posting very relatable content on her social media.
Earlier this month, she publicly disagreed with her husband, Ben, after he stated he handles more of the housework than she does.
Last October, Sydney businessman Justin Hemmes announced plans to turn five historic buildings in the city center into a dining and entertainment hub.
The head of Merivale, a successful pub and bar group, announced plans to redevelop the area previously called King’s Green.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m really excited about a new project happening downtown! They’re taking five beautiful, historic buildings on the block between King, York, Clarence, and Barrack Streets and completely reimagining them. The plan is to create a vibrant new area filled with places to eat, drink, and enjoy – a true hospitality destination. It’s all about breathing new life into these gorgeous old structures and making them a hub for locals and visitors alike.
The 16,300 square meter area is designed as a vibrant, mixed-use destination, featuring a new hotel, office buildings, and high-end restaurants.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the plan involves the current Hotel CBD, a Victorian building with multiple floors that the company purchased in 1995.
In 2022, the company purchased several buildings, including those located at 50 King Street, 73 York Street, 71 York Street, and addresses 312 through 318 on Clarence Street.
The planned changes won’t require significant rebuilding or tearing down of existing structures. The proposal focuses on preserving the buildings’ historical elements, original layouts, and current size.
Justin believes Sydney’s nightlife is about to experience a revival. After struggling for years due to restrictions like lockout laws, Covid lockdowns, and the rising cost of living, the hospitality and entertainment scene is set to enter a new, vibrant phase.
He said the new district would boost the local economy by offering residents and workers more options for dining, fun, and drinks around the clock, and it would also generate hundreds of jobs.
