I’m Back!

On Saturday at the BRIT Awards red carpet, Davina McCall captured everyone’s attention with her stunning physique in a daring see-through dress.

At the glamorous gathering, the 57-year-old TV personality chatted with TopMob. She shared some health news and jokingly commented on her bold outfit choice.

As a die-hard fan, I’ve been pondering the secret behind that bold ensemble she donned. Well, let me spill the beans – she quipped, “How scandalous can I get?” It’s all about aging rebelliously!

‘I thought what should I do? And I thought go see-through.’

After undergoing surgery to remove a brain tumor in November, the television personality looked radiant and declared with enthusiasm, “I feel fantastic! Get ready, because I’m making a comeback!

She made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived at the glitzy event in the sizzling ensemble.

She wore a transparent dress that revealed her black lacey undergarments and well-defined figure quite openly.

Davina increased her stature with a pair of black stilettos, and she carried her items in a coordinating clutch bag.

In the show, The Masked Singer, one judge styled her brown hair in loose waves and chose a sophisticated color scheme for her makeup to accentuate her natural charm.

With an infectious energy, she appeared exceptionally joyful as she performed a lively act on the red carpet, eventually snuggling with her partner, Michael Douglas, who was elegantly dressed in a sleek black suit.

In a playful manner, the couple found it challenging to resist touching one another. As Davina affectionately looped her arm around her barber-boyfriend, she leaned in to place a tender kiss on his forehead.

In November, it became necessary for Davina to undergo surgery due to the discovery by doctors of a non-cancerous brain cyst. This condition occurs in approximately 3 out of every million people.

The tumor was detected at a private clinic following her invitation for a health screening, which she received after participating in a discussion about menopause.

After undergoing a successful surgery to remove the growth, Davina later shared that her survival seemed like a ‘blessing,’ as she pondered over the success of her newly launched Begin Again podcast.

At the close of December, the television personality uploaded a video to Instagram, expressing gratitude to fans for their backing during her most recent endeavor. She also reflected on her personal health odyssey, acknowledging that she feels like she’s embarking on a fresh chapter in her life.

Greetings, and welcome to today’s episode of my Begin Again podcast! It’s been an absolute pleasure hosting you all, and I can honestly say that every session has brought me immense joy. Here’s to many more inspiring conversations ahead!

What I appreciate about creating this podcast is its wide scope. ‘Begin Again’ could refer to many things, such as my recent experience with a potentially fatal tumor and its successful removal.

It seems I’m starting anew, though oddly so, perhaps due to a favorable turn of events. It’s as if I’ve been granted a fresh start in life. The sensation is incredible, almost like receiving a precious gift.

This year’s BRIT Awards are being orchestrated by comedian Jack Whitehall, who is leading the event for the fifth time. He has previously hosted the awards ceremony in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

This highly anticipated event, graced by many famous faces, is set to occur once more at London’s O2 Arena. Notably, the trophy for this year has been skillfully crafted by the gifted designer, Gabriel Moses.

The night will feature massive performances from Ezra Collective and special guest Jorja Smith.

Additionally, they’ve become part of a vibrant roster that features artists such as Jade Thirlwall, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, Lola Young, Teddy Swims, and The Last Dinner Party – all of whom have already been announced.

Charli XCX will no longer be performing at the ceremony despite months of negotiations.

A reliable insider claims that the move was made because she had been busy getting ready for the recent Grammy Awards, which were held just last week.

In 2025, the pop star is ahead in BRIT Award nominations, having received five recognitions, while Dua Lipa trails closely with nominations in four different categories.

It was recently announced that Charli will receive the coveted Songwriter Of The Year prize.

32-year-old Charli XCX created history when her top-selling album, “Brat,” turned into a cultural sensation last summer, and the colorful trend of slime green exploded as well. This was all thanks to the countless fans expressing their adoration by sharing videos of Charli’s Apple Dance challenge on TikTok.

Now, Charli’s vibrant summer continues as she’s been nominated in five distinguished categories, including Song of the Year for “Guess” featuring Billie Eilish, Artist of the Year, Dance Act, Pop Act, and the coveted Album of the Year award.

At 29 years old, Dua has earned an additional four nominations, putting her in direct competition with Charli for the prestigious categories of Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, Pop Act, and Album of the Year (Radical Optimism). She’s already a seven-time BRIT award winner.

35-year-old American sensation Taylor Swift is set to compete with Billie Eilish in the International Artist of the Year category, alongside Beyoncé, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and others, also vying for the International Song of the Year award.

For the very first time, the recipients of five different genre awards – Alternative/Rock Artist, Dance Artist, Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Artist, Pop Artist, and R&B Artist – will be chosen solely by public vote, conducted exclusively on WhatsApp.

For the very first time, Jade Thirlwall has received a nomination as a standalone artist, following her success of bagging three awards in conjunction with the band Little Mix earlier on.

At age 32, this artist has garnered acclaim in the Pop Performance and Song of the Year classifications. It was when she penned the smash hit “Angel of My Dreams” that she ultimately carved out a unique musical identity for herself.

As the nominations were revealed, she exclaimed, “Clearly, our band has been nominated several times, which is incredible. But when it’s for our unique music and my personal stories, it touches something unique, making it feel exceptionally significant.

Initially, as I embarked on my individual musical adventure, I composed a great deal of music to establish my identity separate from the group and discover who I truly am. However, the moment I penned ‘Angel Of My Dreams’, that’s when I realized I had found my footing, and this is the unique sound that defines me.

In a stunning turn of events, the jazz quintet Ezra Collective, who were awarded the Mercury Prize in 2023, garnered four nominations across several categories. These nominations include Best New Artist, Group Of The Year, Alternative Rock Act, and Album Of The Year for their album Dance, No One’s Watching.

The primary challenge they face is from The Last Dinner Party, who are nominated in the same categories including Best New Artist, Group Of The Year, Alternative Rock Act, and Album Of The Year.

This year’s BRIT Awards are showcasing the thriving side of British rap, thanks to notable international acts like Central Cee, Stormzy, and Dave.

Central Cee is receiving recognition across multiple categories such as Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act, whereas Stormzy has been nominated specifically in the Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act category.
