Ruby Wax, known from I’m A Celebrity, comes from a family with a strong showbusiness background – both of her daughters have thriving careers in the entertainment industry, just like her.
The popular 72-year-old comedian, known for both American and British shows, will be appearing on the ITV series when it returns this Sunday.
Ruby’s daughters, Maddy, 35, and Marina, 32, are well-known and have also found success on television, just like their mother.
As someone who’s seen a lot of life, I often get asked about my family. My husband, Ed Bye, and I have been married since 1988, and together we’ve raised our three wonderful children – our daughters and our son, Max. Family is truly everything, isn’t it?
Just like their famous parents, Maddy and Marina have started their own comedy podcast called Siblings Comedy.
Maddy, the oldest daughter, handles publicity for the podcast. She’s also a comedy producer at Impatient Productions, a small but award-winning company that creates radio, podcasts, and live and online comedy shows.

Marina established herself as a prominent actress with her role as Pandora Henry in the Prime Video series The Girlfriend, where she acted alongside Olivia Cooke, known for House of the Dragon, and American actor Robin Wright.
She’s also been in the movie Wonka, the Hulu series We Were The Lucky Ones, and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy.
Maddy appeared in the shows Coming of Age and Pulped: Bad Tech, and had a small part in the short film Quiet Life.
In a 2017 interview with The Guardian, Ruby shared that her daughter Maddy is a comedian and Marina is an actress.
Okay, so my friends Maddy and Marina? They’ve started this amazing comedy show called ‘Siblings,’ and honestly, I’m completely obsessed! I wouldn’t be pushing it so hard if they weren’t genuinely hilarious, but trust me, they are. You absolutely have to check it out!
‘When they are all round for dinner they make [brother] Max laugh so much he cries.’
Kelly Brook, also competing on I’m A Celebrity, recently shared her biggest worry about being in the jungle – and surprisingly, it’s not the dreaded Bushtucker Trials.

Kelly, 45, previously said she’d never be on the show, but her husband, Jeremy Parisi, changed her mind. Now, she’s already worried about having to go without food.
During a conversation with her Heart Radio colleague, Jason King, she admitted that feeling hungry makes her easily upset, explaining, ‘I just don’t feel like myself when I haven’t eaten.’
Jason chuckled and playfully told her, “You get like that around five fifty PM – and you can’t just order delivery inside!”
Food is always in short supply at camp. Contestants mostly eat small meals of beans and rice, and only get more to eat if they win challenges.
James Haskell, who was on the show previously, has said being on camp was like ‘starvation,’ and he was so tired he could barely get out of bed.
Although Kelly is concerned about finding enough food, she confessed she’s still very afraid of large, unpredictable spiders.
She explained that it’s unpredictable where they’ll end up, and on top of that, she worries about not being able to get clean.
