As I watched Jane Moore leave the jungle, I couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of admiration for her resilience and determination. Having spent years in the limelight, she has proven time and again that she is not just another celebrity seeking attention, but a woman with a wealth of life experience and wisdom to share.

After my thrilling exit from the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle on Friday, I returned to the Australian hotel with a heart full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime.

The Loose Women member, aged 63, exuded positivity as she gracefully stepped from the vehicle, greeted with heartwarming welcomes by her fellow campmates’ dear ones in the hotel lobby.

Jane, previously acknowledged by her daughters on a bridge, was spotted getting hugged by who appeared to be Tulisa’s friend Michelle and Melvin Odoom’s sibling Yonah while proceeding indoors.

Present as well were Alan Halsall’s brother Stephen, the manager of GK Barry (named Holly), and the two younger kids of Coleen Rooney: Kit, who is 8 years old, and Cass, aged 6.

As an overly enthusiastic admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement as I watched Dean and his loved ones adorned in custom T-shirts, their presence radiating warmth. However, a pang of concern hit me when the charismatic radio star found himself in the precarious position of being in the bottom two alongside Jane. The thought of him potentially leaving had me on the edge of my seat!

Before leaving the jungle, Jane criticized her fellow campers as she left, stating that hard work is not appropriately recognized or compensated.

For a fortnight, the journalist resided within an Australian wilderness, yet, though backed by her fellow Loose Women panelists, she failed to garner the public’s favor in their voting process.

As a dedicated follower, I’ve found myself at the center of a heated debate regarding ‘ageism’ and ‘sexism’ within our jungle camp. The assignment of washing duties, a seemingly simple task, has sparked this controversy. I’ve been accused by Barry McGuigan, a former boxing champion, and Danny Jones, leader of McFly, of being targeted due to my age and gender, as they are believed to have given me this role because I am an older woman.

As she left, she shared with hosts Ant and Dec: “Before this, I had three jobs and worked tirelessly. Then they gave me dish-washing duties, which didn’t sit well with me. I put a lot of effort into what I did there, but it seems that hard work doesn’t always get noticed as I was the first to be eliminated, and people don’t seem to appreciate the effort.

To the remaining campers, she cautioned: ‘As more individuals are eliminated, it will become clearer who isn’t contributing significantly.’

‘I would like to see the quiet hard workers win, there’s a lot of showmen in there. I want Coleen [Rooney] or Melvin [Odoom] to win, they’re not flamboyant.’

Regarding her time spent in the jungle, she shared: “I’ve lived through it, and it was an incredibly bizarre yet enchanting adventure. Many people claim it’s the best experience you’ll ever have, but I can’t quite agree given the persistent rain. Honestly, I’ve never been as drenched as I was there, constantly.

‘I’m relieved that I don’t have to wash dishes anymore – no more washing up for me! It was delightful making new acquaintances and posing questions. We’ve formed a strong bond, looking out for one another. Their curiosity about me was mutual since I am a journalist, they initially wondered, “what will this be like?”‘.

Many of them shared that they discussed topics with me which they hadn’t in years, and they felt improved as a result.

As I eagerly awaited my idol’s arrival on the I’m A Celebrity bridge, it was none other than the legendary Ms. Moore who stepped into view. My heart skipped a beat as I spotted her daughters, Ellie and Grace, mirroring my adoration. Sharing this remarkable woman with her ex-husband of 22 years, Gary Farrow, they are my sisters in spirit if not by blood.

Later, she confided in Sam Thompson during the spin-off show Unpacked, “To be frank, I’m genuinely disheartened to have been the first one eliminated. I had hoped that my dedication and my role within the camp would be recognized.

In a different sequence of events, I would have preferred to finish in positions 2 or 3. However, I recognized that I wouldn’t be able to complete the entire race. Yet, I must admit, I felt no one should have been eliminated before me. My closest companion from our camp was named Danny.

Jane added: ‘At some stage, we considered the idea that perhaps our harmonious interactions might be more appealing if spiced up with some drama, but we found ourselves unable to carry it out.’

It seems like you should consult with Melvin about whether Dean was contributing sufficiently. You have those who entertain and make for good television, while there are others who work diligently behind the scenes, enabling them to present themselves in a more extravagant manner.

Elsewhere, Ruth Lansford revealed she is ‘gutted’ for her Loose Women co-star Jane after she was eliminated from the show.

Hi there! As a lifestyle enthusiast, I found myself boarding a flight to sunny Australia for an exciting adventure on I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked. Little did I know that fate had something unexpected in store – my esteemed colleague was the very first contestant eliminated from the show. Quite a twist of events!

To host Joel Dommett, she expressed her disappointment, saying, “I feel really sad for Jane. I’m extremely sad because she has always dreamed of being on this show. She thrives on challenges, and this opportunity would have been her ultimate test.

‘But people saw the caring side of her when she just draws people out.’

In response to Jane apparently criticizing Dean McCullough as ‘flamboyant’ and gaining significant attention, Ruth commented: “It seems everyone believes they aren’t getting enough spotlight in a reality show.

It’s likely she won’t harbor any ill will, as she brings up an excellent observation. In truth, it’s these individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes that keep everything functioning smoothly, and their absence would undoubtedly cause things to crumble.
