I’m A Celeb star Danny Jones’s sister Vix Wright-Jones admits his tears ‘killed’ her – after the McFly singer opened up about his anxiety

‘When I saw him get emotional, it killed me because I just wanted to give him a hug,’ she said.

Danny mentioned that the tattoo he has reads, ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy.’ He elaborated, saying that although he tends to worry frequently, it’s something he is actively trying to overcome.
‘I’ve been in therapy since I was 19 for anxiety.’
Danny recalled a moment where he had a panic attack on live TV while being interviewed.
He said: I was freaking out and I couldn’t answer the question that got asked to me. [My] Heartrate goes crazy.’
In response to Jane’s question about whether his anxiety originated from childhood or his time in the band, he responded by saying: ‘I believe I managed to avoid a great deal.’
In a comforting tone, Tulisa assured the star, “It takes courage to expose your vulnerability and express yourself. People genuinely admire that quality.
Oti added: ‘I think it’s really good that you keep saying people must talk, especially young boys.
Here’s a possible way to rephrase the sentence: “It seems like young males may not express themselves verbally as often, and unfortunately, the suicide rate among this group is quite high. Therefore, I believe it’s crucial that we continue to encourage conversations about these issues.
She added: “My brother took his own life at the age of 16, and I believe that if he had confided in someone about his emotions, things might have turned out differently.

If you keep your frustrations to yourself without expressing them or seeking help, not only will it harm you emotionally, but it could also negatively affect those who care about you.
