I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is underway, with the first challenge seeing five contestants parachute from a helicopter above Australia’s Gold Coast.
Martin Kemp, Kelly Brook, Aitch, Edie Kadi, and Shona McGarty were all smiles and shared a group hug after arriving on Broadwater Beach today.
The group celebrated their quick win on the reality show by jumping from helicopters and then having a celebratory dance together on the beach.
Ant McPartlin, 49, and Declan Donnelly, 50, watched from the cliff top and waved to the newest group of contestants after they completed their challenge.
Forty-five-year-old Kelly looked thrilled, jumping up and down with excitement after returning to solid ground. She was wearing a leopard-print jumpsuit and boots.
For the skydive, Martin, age 64, wore a navy polo shirt and cream chinos. Aitch, 25, opted for a matching blue and white striped outfit.

Shona, age 34, was dressed in a bright, matching outfit. Edi, 42, opted for a more casual look with a white T-shirt and brown pants.
Soon, the team will be wearing the iconic red and khaki uniforms that viewers have come to associate with the ITV show.
When the new contestants arrived, Ant and Dec watched from a distance, standing on yellow crates on the cliff, but didn’t say hello to them directly.
Celebrities were flown in by helicopters from Surfer’s Paradise early that morning. Filming took over four hours, with the helicopters circling the National Park for a long period beforehand.
The celebrities faced a series of challenges while in the wilderness, and the three who performed the worst were driven away in a rundown vehicle ITV has playfully named the ‘Cocko Van’.
The winning pair celebrated with a glass of sparkling wine while riding in the brand-new Getaway Car.
The team who wins the challenge will get comfortable mattresses back at camp, but the other three members will have to make do with the regular beds.
More celebrities will be joining the show soon, including internet personality Angry Ginge, Jack Osbourne (Ozzy Osbourne’s son), actress Lisa Riley, former soccer player Alex Scott, and comedian Ruby Wax. They’ll all be taking on similar challenges.

The show consistently sparked discussion, often due to the inclusion of divisive personalities like Nigel Farage and Matt Hancock.
Last year, ‘I’m A Celebrity’ featured a less controversial group of stars, including Coleen Rooney and Danny Jones from McFly, after deciding to exclude politicians from the show.
It was, as a result, a year that passed with little to no drama.
ITV executives are implementing new rules for this year’s show, which they anticipate will be the most challenging one yet. The goal is to encourage celebrities to be more competitive, actively participate, and avoid being passive.
The show has removed the option for family members to send celebrities ‘luxury items’ like personalized pillows. Producers say this is to keep the celebrities challenged and prevent them from becoming too comfortable.
Celebrities can unlock a framed photo of anyone they like by completing a challenge.
As a huge fan, I completely understand what Olly Nash, the show’s executive producer, meant when he spoke to the Daily Mail. He basically said the show is challenging and demanding, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with making that clear to viewers. It’s part of what makes it so compelling, honestly!
‘We need to see more celebrities earning their keep, that’s the most important thing.

This season features a record number of celebrity contestants, making the competition fiercer than ever.
Last year’s cast was a very positive and joyful group who enjoyed working together. This year, they’ll face more challenges, take on greater responsibilities, and have a more significant role at camp.
They can’t stay on the sidelines anymore. It’s time for them to rise to the occasion and deal with the consequences of their actions.
Several celebrities on this year’s show are likely to become easily irritated if they’re hungry or tired.
This year a new feature referred to as the Getaway Car has been introduced at the launch show.
The first ten celebrities are divided into two groups, and the first two people to finish challenges in each group – which include a messy task involving fish guts – will earn a ride to camp in the Getaway Car, complete with a celebratory drink.
They are then greeted by more comfortable beds in the camp with mattresses.
The other three people in each group ride in an older, less comfortable van called the ‘Coco van’.

As a long-time viewer, I’m hearing some pretty worrying news! Apparently, the jungle camp is absolutely filled with pythons this year. Mr. Nash, one of the producers, actually said they’ve seen more snakes around camp than in any previous season of ‘I’m A Celebrity’ – it sounds like a real nightmare for the celebrities!
He mentioned seeing more snakes during this stage of construction than ever before – really large pythons, almost as long as the log beside him.
I’ve spotted quite a few snakes recently – about six or seven in the past couple of weeks. I’ve only seen them when people are around, which isn’t often, as they usually hide when we’re building the camp.
Following a recent report in the Mail, it’s been revealed that a new rule has been added to the show after 25 years. This rule states that if a celebrity participates in two consecutive trials, they will automatically be safe from the next public vote.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m hearing a lot of positive buzz about the recent changes! Honestly, viewers were getting frustrated last year when Dean McCullough kept getting picked for those Bushtucker Trials – seven times in a row is just a bit much, and things were starting to feel unfair. Everyone’s relieved to see things are being shaken up a little bit now.
Viewers expressed their frustration on X, previously known as Twitter, requesting a limit on how often one contestant, Dean, participated in challenges. They felt it wasn’t entertaining to see him do so many trials, and that it was taking away opportunities from other contestants, ultimately harming the show.
Network executives have agreed to let all the celebrities participate in the challenges. They’ll earn stars by completing them, which will hopefully win over viewers. However, life in camp will be made more difficult for them overall.
If a contestant wants a bath, two others must work together to pedal a bike and pump the water needed. This also means there’s less opportunity for anyone to hide away and avoid camp life.
