Charmed, the iconic ‘90s supernatural series, is trending now on a UK streaming service.

This show centers around the trio of sisters, Prue, Piper, and Phoebe Halliwell, portrayed by the late Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs, and Alyssa Milano in their respective roles.

Without realizing they have extraordinary powers, the sisters discover and harness their magical skills, making them the mightiest witches globally, more famously recognized as ‘The Charmed Ones’.

Enthusiasts of the classic series “Charmed” expressed their views on IMDb, praising the show for being “ahead of its time”. One particular viewer labeled it as “extraordinary”, commenting: “The television program is simply outstanding. The storylines are superb up until the final season, and the character growth is impressively depicted.

They added: “The program depicted strong female characters long before feminism became mainstream, and it demonstrated that women were equally capable of rescuing the situation as men.

This series was part of my childhood and I adored it, even though the special effects seem quite old-fashioned today. However, if you’re an ardent fan, you might appreciate it more for its characters, acting, and humor.

Additionally, the ensemble included the late Julian McMahon, known for his role as Cole Turner, also recognized as the Source of All Evil, from 2000 to 2005.

Last week, McMahon passed away at his residence in Florida, after a prolonged struggle against cancer. His wife, Kelly, issued a statement through Deadline.
