Ibiza’s Superclubs Transform Into Europe’s Largest Art Expo for Summer 2026

Summary

  • On view through October 2026, the expo features over 70 artists including Hajime Sorayama, VHILS and more.
  • The exhibit features impressive displays, including huge 70-meter digital screens, large marble sculptures, and detailed architectural carvings. It’s open every day and runs through mid-October.

Ibiza’s famous nightclubs are undergoing a surprising change this summer. Three of the biggest venues – [UNVRS], Hï Ibiza, and Ushuaïa Ibiza – are now partially transformed into art galleries for a season-long art exhibition called Culture Collective. The exhibition, a partnership between nightlife company The Night League and London’s W1 Curates, opened last weekend and features artwork from over 70 artists around the world.

Hï Ibiza has undergone a surprising transformation, showcasing art on a massive scale far beyond what you’d typically find in a nightclub. The rooftop terrace now boasts a 70-meter digital art gallery, launched with a unique installation by renowned artist Sir Michael Craig-Martin. The venue’s exterior walls are adorned with large 10-meter murals created by Spanish duo PichiAvo and UK artist EPOD. Even the gardens have been reimagined with two impressive, life-size sculptures – a Fiat 500 and a Vespa – meticulously hand-carved from 15-ton blocks of Carrara marble by artist Nazareno Biondo.

The newly opened [UNVRS] nightclub makes a striking first impression with a massive 68 square meter stone carving by artist VHILS, which is actually part of the building itself. Inside, the club blends physical and digital art – Pascal Sender’s Hydronicum uses projections to bring paintings to life, while Harry Yeff’s Voice Gems transforms the unique sound of the club’s DJs into digital artwork you can see.

The idea was to move art out of typical galleries and into everyday spaces where people gather. The launch event included talks from artists like VHILS, as well as representatives from Gorillaz and Palm Angels. If you’re visiting Ibiza this year, you can see the exhibit daily until mid-October – it’s currently one of the biggest public art displays in Europe.

Open now through mid-October 2026. Venues: Hï Ibiza, Ushuaïa Ibiza, and [UNVRS].
