In me own humble opinion, I reckon Amy be doin’ just fine now, mate. She’s found ‘er footing and settled down in Ibiza, and never been happier, she said. It were tough times at the start of the year, and give it a go.

As an ardent fan, I can’t help but be captivated by this year’s “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” It’s been a rollercoaster ride for the nation, and I, being a former participant from the 2013 series (placing fifth), thought to share my own experiences.

As a die-hard fan, I found myself embarking on an exhilarating adventure into the wilderness, side by side with the radiant ex-pageant queen (at 32), TOWIE’s charismatic Joey Essex, the iconic Laila Morse from EastEnders, and the legendary Alfonso Ribeiro from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. What an unforgettable journey it promises to be!

After pondering over her experience with the show, the ex-Miss Universe title holder offered some guidance and disclosed what she considered the biggest challenge.

The striking woman admitted that surviving on minimal food supplies in the camp was challenging, and she even expressed a strong, primitive urge to hunt and consume animals due to the meager rations, leaving her feeling like she needed more sustenance to survive.

In her conversation with Platinum Spas, she mentioned that they receive a modest portion of rice and beans daily, but it’s not an abundant amount: specifically, they get about one cup of rice and one cup of beans each day.

In essence, this amount of food should keep you from starving, but it’s an added pleasure if there’s more. Over time, the rice and beans will develop a delightful taste.

She continued by expressing that the encounter proved extremely beneficial for her, fostering a deeper appreciation for her life beyond the jungle.

Amy also mentioned that, in retrospect, she found the experience to be truly wonderful, despite the fact that during those days she and Joey Essex contemplated hunting some jungle animals out of hunger.

She expressed that it was an incredibly enlightening experience (regarding limited food portions). To be honest, I’ve never experienced such intense hunger before in my life, and it made me realize how fortunate we are compared to nations facing food scarcity. Personally, this exercise taught me valuable lessons.

She commented: “Joey and I used to pretend to make beef burgers, and I had this desire to slaughter animals back then. Now, reflecting on it, I no longer view it as a terrible event, but rather an extraordinary experience to have undergone at such a young age, as I was just 21.

She continued to talk about how the small servings triggered a primal response within her, and often found herself imagining the act of hunting bush turkeys.

In her confession, she shared that one particularly memorable moment in the jungle for her was when, while weakly lying in camp, a brush turkey wandered into the camp. She began contemplating ways to take its life.

I’ve been pondering over a dilemma: How can I hunt, prepare, and consume this animal without witnesses? This would be my first time taking a life violently, which is why I feel like I’m tapping into some deep, primitive urges.

In reflecting back on her experience with the program, Amy opened up about the challenges she faced and offered some guidance to Coleen Rooney.

The celebrity shared that readjusting to everyday life proved to be the biggest challenge, mainly due to the fact that she wasn’t well-known before her entry into the spotlight.

Even though it has become commonplace to interact with hundreds or even thousands of people online these days, she found herself unprepared for such an experience at the time. If given a chance to rewind, she would request additional time to adapt to her new lifestyle.

She mentioned that she struggled to adapt to fame effectively. As a beauty pageant contestant, when she wore her sash and crown, she received a lot of attention, which became overwhelming for her, causing her to feel like she couldn’t remove the spotlight.

10 years ago, if I were experiencing the same process, I would have wished for additional time to assimilate and grasp your intentions regarding that power.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share some words of wisdom with this year’s shining sensation, Colleen. The buzz has it that you raked in at least £1.5 million just by gracing that show! Amy, my idol, had some valuable insights for you.

The star urged the WAG, 38, to reconnect with herself and to try every challenge

She suggested taking this chance to focus on connecting with oneself and detaching from all other distractions. It’s not often we have the time to unwind like this.

She suggested strongly that Colleen ought to immerse herself into the program, as chances like this might not come along for her again.

When I stepped inside, I firmly decided to face every obstacle head-on, promising myself to give my all, regardless of fear. That’s what I intended to do.

Determined to immerse myself completely and give it my all, I found the resolve within me due to a personal vow I’d made, which helped prevent me from backing down from any challenge.

Regardless of the tough tasks such as immersing myself in a tub of fish entrails, being enclosed with a serpent, or consuming certain things, deep within me, I was resolute and ready to carry out any task assigned to me.

Here’s a possible way to rephrase it: “Will you consider taking on a similar situation like this in the future? In other words, are you thinking about venturing into the ‘jungle’ once more?

However, it appears that Coleen doesn’t require any guidance and remained unfazed by the jungle experience, as seen in Tuesday’s episode when she carried on with her workout despite two possums intruding into the camp.

It appears that the spouse of ex-England footballer, Wayne Rooney, has been enjoying herself more thus far, compared to the pageant winner who disclosed she experienced a breakdown following her departure from the show back in 2013.

At the time, the 21-year-old pageant winner expressed that Lucy Pargeter and Laila Morse had excluded her and conversed disparagingly about her when she wasn’t around.

Amy said that she broke down in tears after watching the show when she was evicted from the jungle.

She said that swimming champion Rebecca Adlington sided with Lucy and Laila against her.

At that moment, Amy expressed her feelings about Lucy and Laila by saying, ‘From the beginning, they criticized me relentlessly. They turned against me and tore me apart mercilessly.’

However, it appears she left those past issues behind following her move to Ibiza, where she claims she’s never felt more content.

2022 saw a fitness model confessing that she felt deeply fractured at the beginning of the year. To rediscover her true self, she decided to travel.

At that moment, she decided to express on Instagram that extreme actions were necessary for her happiness to be secured.

She mentioned that she pondered on her desires, and Ibiza seemed to be the target that struck her deeply. By the conclusion of the tune, she discovered the flat where she resided throughout the summer.

Amy welcomed her first child Demelza in January 2020 with her fiancé at the time Daniel Day.
