I Just Found A Fun New Coincidence Between The Incredibles And The New Fantastic Four
If you’re a lover of all things Disney, chances are you’ve come across some of the top Pixar films or upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. These two franchises are arguably the company’s biggest money-spinners. Yet, I have to confess that I’ve seldom found significant connections between the two.
It seems logical that animation and live-action wouldn’t overlap often unless intended. However, thanks to the internet and some detective work, I stumbled upon an amusing resemblance between “The Incredibles” and Marvel’s newest release, “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
The Incredibles, One Of Pixar’s Best Films, Has A Runtime Of 1 Hour And 55 Minutes
Without a doubt, if you’re a fan of Pixar, you’re familiar with “The Incredibles” – it’s one of their top-notch productions. The anticipation for “Incredibles 3” is high, and rightly so! “Incredibles 2” was the standout superhero movie of 2018, and we can’t get enough of this series.
The duration of the movie is 1 hour and 55 minutes, making it slightly lengthier than typical animated films, yet still manageable overall. In comparison to superhero movies, however, this running time is reasonable.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps Has The Exact Same Runtime
It’s quite intriguing, I came across an interesting similarity: the upcoming Marvel movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, is said to share the same running time. As per Superhero Hype, the 2025 release is slated for 1 hour and 55 minutes. This is unusual in the MCU as many superhero films tend to be longer. However, this news has certainly got me excited, quite a bit.
Discovering that First Steps shares the same running time as The Incredibles really piques my curiosity and enthusiasm for First Steps, particularly because of this detail.
I Think It Bodes Well For The Marvel Film That It’s The Same Runtime As One Of The Best Pixar Films

I’ve been looking forward to watching “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.” Its marketing is fantastic, the cast looks great, and as a fan of Marvel Cinematic Universe, I’m eager for any new addition. Yet, knowing the film’s running time has boosted my confidence even more.
Since these movies often have extended running times, I find this indicates a rich, detailed narrative. Contrarily, a shorter film might suggest a compact, streamlined story without much extra content. However, the prolonged tension keeps you engaged throughout, enhancing the overall experience.
As a cinephile, I simply couldn’t help but bring this up. It’s quite an amusing parallel, and it really pumps me up for the story that’s unfolding before us.
If The Fantastic Four: First Steps is as compact and intense as The Incredibles, it will certainly be a hit. I’ve been eagerly awaiting its release for years, and I can’t wait to cheer it on in the theater. Once it ends, I’ll probably go home and watch The Incredibles again, as I’ll be craving my superhero dose.
