By accident, Bethenny Frankel consumed marijuana from a drink she thought was an alcohol-free cocktail, but it contained THC instead.

54-year-old Frankel was looking for a substitute for alcohol to relax with, and she opted for a drink infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary component found in cannabis.

Although the label on the front of the bottle explicitly mentioned the product was THC-infused, Frankel failed to pay close attention to it and ended up pouring herself a glass that was four times larger than the recommended serving size.

The outcome was video recordings showing Bethenny under the influence, starting with a relaxed soak in the bathtub followed by periods of forgetfulness.

Bethenny, having just been in Miami, enthusiastically praised the flavor of the drink while mentioning that afterward, she felt ‘coated’ or ‘glossed over.’

The RHONY alum was ultimately alerted to the brand’s psychoactive properties by her TikTok fans.

Bethenny struggled to remember some of her words as she reported her experience with followers.

‘I didn’t check the bottle’s instructions, but now I’m finding out that a serving is one and a half ounces, and I had between eight and ten.’

She paused, struggling to remember, then said, “I had about four servings of the alcohol alternatives,” she confirmed after checking her wording.

‘Yes, that’s right. I had four servings on the first try. Yeah. You’re welcome. This could be fun.’

Bethenny additionally posted a video of herself mimicking Melissa McCarthy’s performance from Bridesmaids. The voiceover stated, “I had nine. I went a bit overboard with nine.

Regardless of the mistake attributed to her, Bethenny found joy in informing her followers about her enjoyable encounter with the beverage.

The next day, she started by summarizing the events. She explained that she had come across something interesting and felt compelled to give it a try. Initially, she believed it was a pre-mixed cocktail drink, even though she can read.

‘Upon opening it, I realized that it indeed resembled a bottle of alcohol, as I had initially assumed. However, someone from my team suggested that since it was flavored, it might be more like a cocktail rather than traditional liquor.’

As a dedicated follower, I just opened a fresh bottle for the first time, and here’s approximately a quarter of what I consumed from it.

Just wanted to let you know that the recommended amount is what I consumed, but that’s not the same. So, when I was at home and savoring it, I found it absolutely delightful. Not long after, I decided to unwind in a bath and as I soaked, I felt incredibly peaceful – not rushed or anxious, but rather calm and meditative.

The positive situation left me surprisingly calm. I wasn’t panicking or fixating on it; instead, I was completely relaxed. However, things could have easily gotten out of control, but I found myself thinking, “This is great news indeed.” So, it was all under control… Later, I retired to bed and while I don’t recall every detail, I remember reading your suggestions about doing a live stream. In fact, I did one!

After a brief discussion, I decided to leave since I wasn’t sure if I was amusing or intriguing enough. Or perhaps I was, but I can’t recall. Regardless, I dozed off and woke up around 6:30 AM, sleeping until about 8:15. I feel quite well now.

‘It’s worth noting that this is a positive indication since people often fear such things. However, there’s absolutely nothing to be afraid of here; there are no monsters lurking around. In fact, tonight was just a misunderstanding and there were no actual monsters.’

Though still feeling ‘groggy’, she was doing ‘good.’

‘A little groggy. A little groggy for sure. But good,’ she said.

Fans were left in fits of laughter by Bethenny’s videos, as one fan commented on her latest upload: “It seems like you’re battling for survival a bit,” followed by a combination of laughing and crying emojis, which elicited further amusement from Bethenny.

As I reflect on the impact we’ve just experienced, I can’t help but feel that its echoes linger around us, a sentiment I expressed with a mix of laughter and tears. It was truly a powerful moment, leaving me breathless.
