According to Kelsey Parker, she’s faced a barrage of online harassment ever since she announced her pregnancy with her new partner, Will Lindsay.

After the passing of her pop star husband Tom Parker from brain cancer in 2022, Parker is now stepping into a new romantic relationship, marking a fresh start for her.

Previously a mother to Aurelia (age 5) and Bodhi (age 4), alongside the member of the band The Wanted, Parker (aged 34), recently astonished followers in January by revealing that she is expecting her third child – her first with Lindsay (aged 27).

Indeed, I’ve been met with a mix of responses following my recent revelation, which I expected given the sensitive nature of the topic. However, I must admit that I’ve found myself in the crosshairs of some online criticisms and unsavory comments from certain individuals, often referred to as trolls. It’s part and parcel of sharing one’s lifestyle choices with a broader audience, I suppose.

She shared with The Sun her thoughts: “It’s overwhelming. I was aware that I would face criticism. However, it’s puzzling to me when people who haven’t experienced the loss of a partner feel compelled to critique my situation. After all, I’ve been grappling with the profound sorrow of losing Tom.

Feeling incredibly isolated and deeply unsatisfied, it seems as though certain individuals aim to keep me in this state. Nevertheless, I believe I am worthy of seeking and finding some joy in life.

People seem to believe that I should be at home, wearing black and mourning all day because of the situation. However, I have three children who depend on me to get up every morning. It may surprise some people, but yes, I do go to Tesco to buy groceries for my kids.

Parker was deeply saddened when her husband Tom, who was only 33, tragically passed away after a tough fight against brain cancer, four years following their wedding ceremony.

However, she acknowledges that she needs to focus on building a future for herself and their kids, now that she has accepted the reality that he’s not returning.

she mentioned: ‘Though it’s challenging for me, it’s equally tough on Will. As it’s his first time being a father, he’s getting ready for the role. Having been through this before myself, I can’t help but feel that folks are dampening Will’s excitement about becoming a dad.’

Even though it might seem unusual, what makes Will stand out is his lack of reading habits. He’s not aware of the information in those comments. He casually responds to you by saying, “Kelsey, I’m just as clueless as you are about why you’re checking those comments.

In a recent interview with The Mirror, Parker shared that Aurelia is already brainstorming potential names for her upcoming sibling.

She mentioned that Aurelia seemed familiar with the world, almost as if she had lived here previously. When I was eight weeks pregnant, Aurelia began conversing with the baby inside me.

We both stared at one another in utter shock! She mentioned that if the baby turns out to be a boy, she prefers the name ‘Parker’.

Additionally, she acknowledged that revealing her pregnancy served as a step toward being more open and vulnerable, yet emphasized her desire for others to share in the same level of joy and happiness that she felt.

Additionally, Parker mentioned that she thinks Tom would have given his approval for the pregnancy. Moreover, she stated that he wouldn’t prefer her to endure sadness.

Last year, she began dating tree surgeon Lindsay. Now, she shares a home with him, which was previously occupied by Tom and their children. She noted that he gradually integrated into their living space as the moment seemed appropriate.

As a die-hard fan, I can tell you that this dynamic duo confessed they’re indifferent towards their baby’s gender and are still pondering over the question of finding out the big reveal – tucked away neatly in an upcoming email.
