Hugh Jackman steps out solo at Global Citizen Concert in New York after it was revealed why he and Sutton Foster have avoided making red carpet debut

Hugh Jackman appeared in great spirits as he stepped out in New York on Saturday. 

The Australian actor performed alone at the Global Citizen Concert in New York, and his girlfriend, Sutton Foster, wasn’t there.

The actor looked happy and relaxed while speaking to the audience, wearing a simple grey t-shirt with a design on it.

Hugh added a pair of black skinny jeans and sneakers, as well as black-framed reading glasses. 

He gave a lively and enthusiastic performance, smiling broadly while speaking and using energetic gestures.

The Global Citizen Concert is a 24-hour event starting on September 25. 

The official website states its purpose is to bring people together to protect the Earth and overcome poverty.

This comes after reports that Hugh and Sutton are trying to keep their relationship private due to a lot of public attention.

Although they’ve been a couple for several months, they haven’t officially debuted their relationship on a red carpet yet, despite having posed for photos together previously when they weren’t publicly dating.

Sources close to Hugh Jackman, 56, and his partner, 50, say the couple are hesitant about making their first public appearance together.

According to a source, Sutton is hesitant about becoming more involved in Hugh’s life.

According to reports, the couple has skipped invitations to major events like the Oscars, the Met Gala, and the Tony Awards.

Things might be different soon, as Hugh is rumored to want Sutton to accompany him to the premiere of his new film, “Song Sung Blue,” at the AFI Fest in Hollywood on October 26th.

‘It’s a big moment for him, and he wants to share it with the woman he loves,’ the source claims. 

The couple recently appeared together at LaGuardia Airport in New York, presenting a unified image.
