Hugh Jackman shares gripe over Deadpool & Wolverine

Hugh Jackman recently voiced one criticism about Deadpool and Wolverine, and true to form, it involves him jokingly poking fun at Ryan Reynolds.

Currently, the performer is putting on a live act at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, and during this performance, he carries on his prolonged humorous rivalry with Reynolds.

Addressing the crowd, he shared his experience, stating that creating the third Deadpool film was an unforgettable adventure for him. However, there was a minor issue that bothered him – he wasn’t featured in the opening scene of the movie.

He acknowledged it was alright for him not to appear in every film scene, but pointed out that since Ryan is the writer, he noticed the opening sequence, which happens to be a dance number set to an NSYNC tune, was one he wasn’t included in.

As a gamer with a dance background, I couldn’t help but chuckle at the irony of me not being in the action while Reynolds, who isn’t exactly a dancer himself, was up there. However, I did acknowledge that Reynolds smartly utilized a younger stunt double to execute those slick moves in Deadpool.

Later on, Jackman invited his trainer Beth to help him address the problem he had with the movie. Together with a few additional dancers, they showcased a performance to the song ‘Bye Bye Bye’.

The program showcased numerous acts tied to the movies he was part of, such as Les Misérables and The Greatest Showman.

Just heard some mind-blowing news, gamers! The actors from the iconic X-Men movies of yore are reportedly rejoining the action in next year’s Avengers: Doomsday. Can’t wait to see them back in action!

Although Jackman’s return as Wolverine has not been officially confirmed at this point in time, given that Logan wasn’t his final appearance in the role, is there a chance we might see him step into the character once more?

Deadpool & Wolverine is now streaming on Disney+.

The first printed edition of Digital Spy’s magazine titled “British Comedy Legends” is out now! Grab a copy from your local newsagent or purchase it online for £7.99.
