According to DailyMail.com, the estranged pair haven’t filed for divorce because they are still debating over whether or not to uphold a prenuptial agreement, which appears to be causing disagreement between them.

It’s being said that the internal dispute between them may turn complicated, since they are having difficulties deciding how to share their approximately $250 million wealth.

According to a source who spoke to DailyMail.com in October, Furness harbored some suspicions regarding an affair, yet remained unaware until she actually discovered the truth about it.
